First time there in 6 years

I had not been here in 6 years and happy to say nothing has changed. Went for lunch and it is still busy and loud. There are absolutely no accustics. I always found it difficult to have a meaningful conversation but I enjoy the vibe. My wife and I had grilled turkey sandwichs. They were very... read more

This was my second visit for a casual business dinner in the past year. Great lively atmosphere, with exceptional service. My entire group raved about the honey drizzled croissants and warm bacon honey mustard dressing. Steaks and seafood were prepared very well. Delicious.

Probably the best business lunch location in the ATL. I always tell myself to do something different, but the French dip is incredible. The wait staff is always prompt and very courteous. Cannot wait until my next working lunch!

First trip, but will not be the last - cannot wait to return! Seafood, pasta and steaks were excellent quality food, prepared just right. Variety of cocktails were numerous with premium spirits. Strongly recommend this when in the area!

The place is crowded. The crowd is noisy and the bar maids need to climb ladders to get to the true top shelf. Have come here for dinner for many years and probably have visited a couple of times a year for over a decade. Always for business and the place keeps getting better Great food a well stocked bar... Trying to eat light or healthy during the holidays is a real challenge. Fortunately, Joey D's has the answer if you're feeling like a light meal. The other nights, some friends and I went to Joey D's; fortunately we had reservations, since the place was slammed. I chose the Charleston She Crab Soup which was just as smooth and tasty... More

Joey D's is one of my favorite places to eat. Excellent selection of appetizers, wines, beers and mixed drinks. Oyster shooters are great.

I met a client for lunch. The wait staff was very friendly and attentive. Everyone enjoyed what they ordered for lunch. It was very busy and the ambient music seemed a touch too loud forcing slightly louder talking. Overall, a great place to meet for a moderate priced lunch.

I was in Atlanta for business. Two colleagues and I had dinner at Joey D's based on the recommendation of one of the colleagues who had been there the night before. I understand why she went back the second night! It was a long wait, so we ate at the bar. The bartender was very friendly and quick to keep... More

Had dinner with The Howards and it was my favorite son-in-law's birthday celebration dinner. I had the Prime Rib which was just OK and not that good for the price. We had a party of 6 and the service was less than desirable.
