Very special birthday experience. The staff was excellent, taking my coat to check and returning with the ticket, the retrieving it as well. They printed "happy birthday" and my name on the menu and provided a flaming dessert. The food was amazing, the service superb and the atmosphere cozy, rustic, comfortable and inviting. We are returning tomorrow and looking forward... More

BRG is a happening place, at least at lunch on the weekdays. Super busy at the lunch hour then it really clears out. It is pretty loud but we didn't have much trouble with conversation at our table of 5. Food is very good-not excellent. Roasted beet salad was made very good by the whipped feta cheese. Beets didn't really... More

Always busy with Atlanta's movers and shakers, the Blue Ridge Grill is popular because it has friendly, efficient service, a beautiful space done out in mountain lodge trappings, and most importantly excellent food. We hadn't been in several years because their prices are above our usual comfort level, but two birthdays were being celebrated in our party, so off we... More

My wife, daughter and I just returned from one of the best dinners we've had in Atlanta. We decided to try a "different place" than our usual "favorites". My daughter did a little "research" and decided on The Blue Ridge Grill. What a great choice! As soon as we entered and were seated, we just felt good. The atmosphere was... More

Visited here with colleagues from work. Service was impressive from the moment we got to the parking lot to the minute we left the staff were excellent. I had soup for starters which was good, followed by trout. Again the food was very good, and cooked very well. The only reason that this doesn't get a 5 rating is on... More

A large group was booked in at the restaurant for private dining. The food was excellent and the service matched the food. There was not one complaint about the food from anyone at the table. A few bites were shared around the table and I tasted nothing that I would not order on a return visit.

I wanted to take visiting relatives to a nice day-after-Christmas lunch where we could relax and enjoy conversation. The staff was super, especially our server John. Food was terrific, especially the special smoked trout appetizer, the lobster bisque and roasted chicken. We split the banana bread pudding and creme brulee. We had a lovely table next to large fireplace. I... More

We usually come with our dinner group, but this was our first dinner here as a couple. It was romantic, festive and a memorable dining experience. In fact, BRG has become our "go to" restaurant for the Christmas season. Although their location is at the edge of Buckhead, the decor is rustic mountain lodge. And now the Christmas tree and... Blue Ridge Grill is the sister restaurant to Bones in Atlanta, a well known landmark steak place. My experiences at Bones have always been special....food and service. Bones has always been noisy so I guess Blue Ridge matches its brother there. We went on a recent Friday night. It was very noisy, the food was ok, but just not great... More

Enjoyed a holiday dinner at this rustic lodge, with knotted pine and timber frame dining room. Our server was very helpful, prompt, and knowledgeable. The signature salad was excellent, and the seafood entrees were cooked just right, garnished elegantly, and very tasty. We made reservations through Open Table, and had to wait less than three minutes to be seated. What... More
