Lively ambience, good range of drinks including cocktails. Widest range of fresh fish you'll ever see. Mid price and worth it.

The food was great. Get a reservation on a Friday. If you don't have one you can eat in the bar area if there is a long wait. Oysters Rockefeller were delicious. My wife had the special lobster stuffed with scallops and shrimp with a sauce. Someone else had oysters raw on half shell and said they were good. They will... More

Booked for 4.30 but the time we dealt with valet etc we walked in at 4.35pm. We were told to wait 15 mins because all servers were in a meeting. I WAS NOT AMUSED! We had a 6.30pm engagement elsewhere but we waited, and waited. Everybody in the foyer went up and got their menus in advance while the blonde... More

Our experience at this restaurant was very mixed..when they got it right it was excellent, when they miss it is a real disappointment. I took someone there for their Birthday. The appetizers were good, however our entrees came before we were even 1/2 way through enjoying them. I hate when restaurants do that...either your food gets cold or you end... More

We arrived before the rest of the guest, they would not seat us. The place was nearly empty. We tried to get seated and were told by the two girls playing with their hair that they could not. I said what if we just go to a table for two and they said yes. All we really wanted was water... More

After having the same entrée at dinner and then again at lunch the next week in mid-July 2014 - FLORIDA GROUPER “FRANCESE” / Lemon Butter, Capers, Seasonal vegetables - I feel qualified to say this was the most delicious fish meal I have ever eaten. And I have had grouper many times on the Gulf Coast. It was NOT just... More

This place may be a little costly but I am super impressed with the freshness of the ingredients used on my entire plate. I love that I could pick out my fish and have it cooked my way. I love the valet parking, chef interaction, and friendly staff. I really enjoyed everything on my plate and had some for the... More

I was told "you HAVE to go to Atlanta Fish Market!" when I arrived here in Atlanta. So, I went with some friends and let's say my experience was split. First, we arrived 15 mins prior to our reservation but didn't get seated until 45 mins AFTER our reservation time. Which made me wonder why make reservations at all. Once... More

After 20 or so years, the Atlanta Fish Market is in need of a reset - when it first opened, there was a wonderful fish market with excellent prepared items, but that is long passed. What was good until recently, was a reliable, good fish dinner at least a notch or two above Red Lobster. But that too has passed.... More
