The crawfish dip was fantastic. The service was incredible. Cute salad bar with stuff you don't usually see on a salad bar. Crab cakes were a++. Ribeye not so great (sorry). Loved it!!!!!!!

We stayed right cross the street. We did not have reservations so there was a 10 minute wait. When we were sorted, the waiter was right there getting our drink order. Explained that you get salad bar and blackeyed peas and turnip greens with your dinner. Let us look at menu for a bit, came back with a bisquit, cornbread... More

During a recent trip to Atlanta, a fellow traveler at the Airport suggested Pittypat's Porch as a typically Atlanta dining experience. I was delighted to discover that it was only a few blocks from my hotel and my husband and I went there on a Friday night early evening without having reservations. Due to our early arrival, we were seated... More

The food is outstanding, but the cleanliness of the restaurant is dicey. Sadly, there is wall-to-wall carpeting, and my feet stuck to the carpet around my chair. Plus, it just was a mess on the floor. No one is cleaning it throughout the day. Yet, the food is incredible. As a Midwesterner, it is what I would expect for a... More

I'm a Minnesota boy and have never had fried chicken this good! Juicy inside and crispy outside, this is great! Excellent salad bar and the southern hospitality can't be beat.

The setting was nice and reminded us of sitting on the front porch of a plantation house being served our dinner. The food was not very good. The drinks were weak and the salad bar was pitiful. The prices were very much inflated for the low quality of the meal. We would suggest you read about the history of this... More

The wait was long, about 45 minutes but I had nowhere else I needed to be and the décor and ambiance was such that I wanted to check it out. I am so glad I did. They do yell at you a bit but it is in a sweet Southern style so not offensive. The hostess hugged me at the... More

It's about 10 minutes or so from our hotel, so we hoofed it; it was totally worth the walk over. The staff are very energetic and make you feel very welcome. The atmosphere was a little on the louder side (we are downstairs vs outside), but it was pleasant enough. Just about the entire time, they had a man on... More

We came across this lovely place on our first visit to Atlanta so thought it worth a second visit. Warmly greeted on our entrance we were seated straight away. You go past the open kitchen where lovely aromas wafted to tickle your senses. There is a large buffet available for you to select your entree but having been before, we... More

I highly recommend the fried chicken, the crabcakes, and the peach cobbler. A bit pricey, but oh so worth it. Nice atmosphere.
