Old Southern Charm!

This is a great spot for Southern food. The fried chicken & collard greens were really good! The taste was good & the atmosphere was really authentic! The staff was very polite & the prices were good!

Even with reservations, we waited quite a while. Service was poor and unprofessional and food wasn't much better. The pasta was over cooked congealed mess and the steak was cold. The whole place seems like it needs a good washing. Wouldnt recommend or go back.

A charming and unique dining experience. Thoroughly enjoyed the atmosphere, food and beverage selections, and loved the southern salad bar. Shrimp and grits, paired with a Pittypat's Pitch cocktail -perfection!

Service was nonexistent food was fine, but I heard it was better then I experienced. We had to ask the gentlemen busing tables for bread and were overlooked for 20 or more minutes at a time, dry glasses.

Pittypat's Rorch is so pitiful that I don't want to take much time except to say "stay away". It's a fine example of a restaurant that's seen its day; a restaurant that depends on word from yesteryear. Pitiful.

We got the chicken dinner to go and I could not believe the amount of food that we got. It was some of the best fried chicken we have had in a long time. Everything about this meal was truly southern; it was great. The atmosphere of the restaurant was also wonderful. I wish we would have dined in!

There was a big convention across the street, and the restaurant lost control of their reservation system. Convention-goers had reserved several large tables and were consistently sat promptly upon their arrival. A half dozen groups of two, however, were forced to wait anywhere from 45 to 60 minutes beyond their reservation time. Once we sat down, however, we were treated... More

The food was good but pricey. The atmosphere needs freshening and a good cleaning. We found the stairs steep and no choice but to go down them to the dining room. Convenient to downtown hotels.

The food here was very good, not great, but it's really supposed to be basic Southern fare, so don't go expecting gourmet. They cook everything there, so the quality is good and they seem to care. We enjoyed the homemade desserts more than the dinner food. We were there on a busy night, and host appeared to be overwhelmed trying... More

Had the BBQ beef pulled pork sandwich. It was over sayced and Salty. My husband had the turkey special. Had a few thin pieces of turkey. Nothing special about it. Won't be back.
