Good food + Slow service

Unusual franchise in this day and age. However the Hooters food is quite good (in its category) and value for money. Chicken wings in 911 sauce are excellent. Service however was very slow. There is an odd undercurrent of suspicion that goes on here between servers and customers. Maybe they have good reasons but I'm not sure what it is. We went in and said there are three of us and we are expecting four more. Instead of getting us a table for 7 they suggested we wait until the others got there.... More

Service was poor, our order was not put in due to a "glitch". We sat there way too long. I go to a hooters maybe once a year or so, I was with a group of 8 people and so disappointing. If the food is only marginal and the service is bad...what's left? Nope, not worth it.

We went here after a long day of sightseeing in Atlanta hoping to get good food and good service. We were wrong, the restaurant was not busy and the food was slow on getting to us. The waitresses were sitting and eating with the manager, while dirty tables sat untouched. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I had never been to hooters before and as I had a layover at Atlanta airport I headed into town and when I saw hooters I figured where better to try it than in the USA itself.. they had tons of screens showing different sports including live Champions League action, which was a big bonus. There was only one girl... More

The 1st day of NCAA tournament and wanted to stay a while and enjoy the afternoon. They would have playing the sweet sixteen before I got my 2nd beer and the final 4 before I got food. Bad news the place not even busy.

Okay, my first visit to Hooters, ever! Not impressed at all. I was dining solo and requested a booth as always when eating alone. No problem, got a booth next to a large and loud, and I mean LOUD party. Ok, not big deal. I got menu and waited. And waited. After maybe 6-7 minutes someone noted my existence and... More

First off...I had to wait an hour to be seated. There were empty table and everything. When I asked why we couldn't be seared the hostesses told me I could be seated because the kitchen was backed up. I asked to speak with the manager...I waited another 20 minutes just to speak with her. I asked for the corp. Number... More

It was Hooters. The food was a little pricey and over seasoned. The waitresses were skinny, friendly, and seemed to be miserable. Typical Hooter's experience. I didn't have the wings, so I can't say that was my reason for going...

The staff were friendly and service was better than average but the food was greasy, and tasteless . Not a good experience
