Had the pleasure of visiting the Hard Rock in downtown Atlanta while on business. Like always the staff was great, the food was great and the margaritas were fantastic. A must visit.
We came in without reservations the night of P!nk's concert. We waited about 15 minutes to be seated but there were only two of us. We were seated in a booth in a corner near the restrooms and the kitchen door. It was nice in a way to be tucked away from the crowd but it was also distracting with... More
My wife and I recently returned from Atlanta and I visited Hard Rock Atlanta, I was there for lunch, so decided on a legendary burger, it was good but unsure if it was worth the 14.95 price tag, service was good, it is located near hilton, Hyatt and Marriott downtown and 3 to 5 blocks from centennial park, aquarium, CNN... It is a place to eat average food and see souvenirs to bring home on a trip. Food is serviceable but pricey. Staff were fun and friendly. Conversation can be hard in that setting.
We were in town for the SEC championship game. We went to eat before the game. They were very busy, but that was to be expected. The people at the Hard Rock Cafe acted like this was the first time they had ever had a crowd of people. We sat at the bar that is at the kitchen, (which was... More
Hello Luzenka, Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback. We are terribly sorry about your wait during SEC weekend. The more than 90,000 people in town to cheer on their Tiger team certainly did present us with a few curve balls here and there and we wish we could have given a better impression during your... More
My family and I ate here the day after Thanksgiving and enjoyed a great meal. We had no wait and had a great waiter. He was prompt on refilling our drinks and our food came fast. They even played a song over the restaurants music system for us which was great. Our food was all cooked to order correctly and... More

After arriving in Atlanta travel weary, this restaurant was close by (because the food court at the Peachtree Center was already closing up). Being a solo traveler, the server was really nice and helpful with the menu and wine selection. Her recommendations were right on target.
Hey there wisconsinite2013! Thanks for your feedback. We are happy to hear you had a great time with us. Extra points for mentioning our wine list...we pride ourselves on a great selection - even some brands owned by musicians! We hope you'll be a regular when you're in our great city. Thanks again! I sat at the bar/bar area. Dinner was good. Same menu whichever Hard Rock you go to. Food is over-priced and under-whelming as usual. This was one block from my hotel, so it was convienent. The bar staff was the best I've encountered in a long time. They went above and beyond (not just with me, but with other customers... More
We were seated straight away which was a good start but from there the service was distinctly average. Had to wait for drink refills due to the majority of servers dancing. Plates weren't cleared between courses but there were a lot of staff wondering around. Food was what you expect from a hard rock, good. Staff in the shop were... More
If you want a place with a bit of good noise and the atmosphere to go with it then this is the place for you! Just what you would expect in a Hard Rock Café. We went on a Saturday at 6pm and the place was buzzing. We got a seat at the window on some stools but we were... More
