Reliably great food. Kyma maybe my favorite restaurant in Atlanta, but I always come back to the Buckhead Diner with friends and family and am never disappointed. The appetizers are the thing. They have the best calamari - other Buckhead Life Group restaurants try to imitate it - but this is the real deal. When I think brunch, I think... More

They don't take reservations, but if you call ahead, you can have priority seating. We were seated immediately. I love their crab cakes. Definitely the best in Atlanta, and I don't order anything else. Highly recommend.

Upscale diner in Buckhead. Easy to find- not much parking unless valet but only$2 so no problem Food was excellent- shrimp tacos to start had very fresh tangy sauce. Pork chop was tender with good flavour Milkshakes looked amazing but too full! Service was attentive but not intrusive. Would return

The tomato soup appetizer is really good. All the food is freshly prepared and service is always great.

Excellent service. Cannot wait to return. A no nonsense eating establishment. Potatoes with Blu cheese interesting. Banana pie worth sharing.

We'd heard that Buckhead Diner would have loads of unique American cuisine choices. They did, but we ended up with some delicious standards. One of the best burgers I've ever had was the CBS Burger (chuck, brisket, short ribs). Unbelievable. The Chocolate Banana shake was also delicious as were the homemade potato chips with blue cheese. Salads, veal and mushroom... More

Now, if you're expecting a dinky little diner, this is not the place. The owners have turned this into an upscale diner with wonderful food choices; mostly seafood & southern cuisine. After helping my brother move into his new apartment a few miles away, my family & I went here for dinner. I got the seared cod sandwich which was... More

This diner is a lovely place, sort of Art Deco and railroad diner car combined. The service is excellent and attentive. The food was unusual for a diner, more high end with prices to match. We ordered omelets, fried eggs and bacon, and eggs Benedict with heirloom tomatoes. All the food was well prepared and beautifully presented. Small complaints; English... More

Dined here several times. The food and service quality are at a high level compared to a "diner" in the north. It is a bit pricey for the food but not for the service level. We like it for lunch but there are more upscale places close by for dinner.

Went with friends to celebrate a birthday. Fortunately it was not a busy evening. They do not take reservations but phone ahead seating. We were seated almost immediately. I ordered a vodka drink which was tasty but very small. We ordered dinner after being told the specials by an attentive and informative server. The meals were delivered in a timely... More
