Took my family here to celebrate a graduation and was happy I did. Wanted to change up the usual steakhouse I frequent and am glad I was "adventurous." The Kona crusted steak was awesome, and all the other sides (mac n' cheese, etc.,) were phenomenal as well! A bit pricey, but well worth it!

visited with my family and brought my own wine - really enjoyed the service and the food. We had oysters, shrimp cocktail and wedge salad. For dinner we had halibut, sea bass and the Delmonico steak split for two. For dessert we had creme brûlée and coconut cream pie which were excellent. They did a great job with the wine... More

We dined here for Thanksgiving. Have been longtime Capital Grille customers, first in Miami, then the Dallas and Fort Worth locations. Three occasions in Dallas we ordered bottles of cabernet wine that, when served, turned out to be more recent vintages. For instance, a 2005 instead of a 2001. In each instance, we had to call the discrepancy to the... More

We celebrated birthdays at the Capital Grille and could not have asked for a better experience. Service was spot on, steaks were cooked to perfection, and the view was spectacular. The Capital Grille is a great place for a celebration, casual night out, or a business dinner. I highly recommend it It is worth it!

My husband and I went to Capital Grille on Thanksgiving. We were very early so we sat at the bar prior to eating. The bartender Liam was amazing. I decided to try a martini (I am not much of a drinker) and immediately disliked it. I'm sure it was great as the person next to me had recommended it. Even... More

Such a wonderful experience. This isn't eating. THIS is DINING. 8th floor facility. Nice city views. Very clubby. Animal heads on the wall. Dark paneling. Linen tables. Servers wearing white shirts and ties. They explain the entrees and beef in detail. Can prepare things the way you want. Menus are seasonal. You're coming here for the steak. Good hot plates.... When I pay these sort of prices, I expect outstanding food, and great service. From the time I entered the restaurant, I could feel the restaurant was more interested in turning tables than cater to their clients, and that ruined the whole experience. Waitress would rush us to have us order drinks , appetizers, and entrees. Cleared the table after... More

Waiter was great. Food was even better. I would recommend it for very special occasions. My wife and I celebrated our anniversary there. They took a picture and gave us a free dessert. Very nice experience!
