The steak was the not the standout

I discovered it was Restaurant Week in downtown Atlanta about a week in advance. The only time slots left for Saturday night were 5pm and 9pm. I took the earlier option. My 1st time at Morton's and definitely not my last. Decided to try this place during restaurant week and have no regrets. The food and service was impeccable. Will recommend for any occasion.

The steak was cooked well. The mashed potatoes and corn were good,. But the tables are too close together and tightly packed into a small area. There was no ambiance other than the laughter and loud voices trying to make themselves heard. You don't have to be claustrophobic to feel uncomfortable in here. This was more like a Ryan's than... With the exceptioe of the soufflé, this Morton's did not live up to the high standards one expects at this chain. The soufflé was superbly done. If you like this desert, order with your entré, it takes 30 mins. The rest of the food was acceptable, but not up to the quality one expects at Morton's. My colleagues liked their... More

I cant beleive we dropped $200 on dinner for 2 and was not worth a $80 meal. Our server was great place over priced. Been to several Morton's and this one did not meet my expectations.

My family and I went to Morton's for the first time to celebrate my father's 60th bday. They had a special menu printed out for us. Our waiter, Lenny, was extremely polite and accommodating. The food was spot on and worth every penny! We will definitely be back.

The main restaurant was far too rowdy and so we ate in the bar area, which was much quieter. These would have been perfectly pleasant surroundings but weren't properly cleaned. The server brushed the food remnants from the table on to the floor but left them there to join scraps from earlier diners. The food was adequate but nothing special... More

This is the best steakhouse in Atlanta by far!! Service was great, food was great, and the ambience is set for the adults. Expensive but definitely worth every dollar.

Great steak has to be a given here. There are some other things that let the overall experience down a little bit though. These comments are made in the context that this place charges absolute top dollar for everything. Our side order was grilled asparagus. When the dish arrived its was smothered in a balsamic glaze which completely overpowered the... More
