Love at first bite! (Of entree)

Wow! Wow! Just wow! One good dish can overshadow the mediocre. The scallops with grits and collards was AMAZING!!! I am a southern girl and have collards a thousand times, but these were fabulous. Very outstanding restaurant! The service was simply perfect. The food, holy cow what an extensive menu, was unbeatable. Ceviche, Poblano soup, Tuna, Salmon all had a wonderful Southwestern, New Mexico flavor.

This was our second trip to Agave and it was just as incredible as the first time! The only negative was that they took the swordfish off of the menu... but they had it on as a special. My wife ordered it and it was phenomenal. The chips are made there, the guac is second to none, the food was... More

Everything is excellent here, I usually opt for one of their specials, but the fried chicken is always excellent

Wasn't sure what to expect as we are always on the search for decent mexican food, but the hubby claimed this one was worth the short drive. We had made reservations earlier in the day on Open Table, when we got there, we had to wait a few minutes in the bar, where some other folks our age (50-ish) advised... More

Such a noisy restaurant! We couldn't hear each other (a two-top) and couldn't hear the server describe the specials. We were shouting to be heard. So uncomfortable and it's too bad, because the food was delicious. Stuffed trout, fish tacos, excellent chips and salsa. I have no idea about the desserts because we couldn't wait to get out of there.

Went here to have dinner on my birthday. I got the fried chicken, which was delicious. My wife and I will likely return to try out more of the menu in the future.

My shuttle driver recommended this restaurant for dinner. Boy was it a nice surprise. Salsa was fresh with a nice kick. I ordered the Southwestern Shrimp & Poblano Spring Rolls made with chopped Gulf shrimp, roasted poblanos, chopped serranos, Napa cabbage, and julienne carrots & double wrapped in rice paper, flash fried and served with a spicy tomatillo salsa &... Cool, dim lighting in a loud-ish atmosphere translates into a pretty relaxing environment. Our waiter was friendly and quick with a joke and the food rocked. I got the Spicy Tequila Anejo Shrimp and it was phenomenal. It comes with asparagus and a cheddar/jalapeño grit cake. Big shrimp, big flavor.

I had my birthday dinner here. It was on a Tuesday night and everyone who attended to me from the valet guy to the server were very lovely considering I made it late to my reservation due to some personal events but my friends were there in time and they got seated in time and they were able to order....
