Birthday dinner

Went here to have dinner on my birthday. I got the fried chicken, which was delicious. My wife and I will likely return to try out more of the menu in the future.

Such a noisy restaurant! We couldn't hear each other (a two-top) and couldn't hear the server describe the specials. We were shouting to be heard. So uncomfortable and it's too bad, because the food was delicious. Stuffed trout, fish tacos, excellent chips and salsa. I have no idea about the desserts because we couldn't wait to get out of there.

My shuttle driver recommended this restaurant for dinner. Boy was it a nice surprise. Salsa was fresh with a nice kick. I ordered the Southwestern Shrimp & Poblano Spring Rolls made with chopped Gulf shrimp, roasted poblanos, chopped serranos, Napa cabbage, and julienne carrots & double wrapped in rice paper, flash fried and served with a spicy tomatillo salsa &... Cool, dim lighting in a loud-ish atmosphere translates into a pretty relaxing environment. Our waiter was friendly and quick with a joke and the food rocked. I got the Spicy Tequila Anejo Shrimp and it was phenomenal. It comes with asparagus and a cheddar/jalapeño grit cake. Big shrimp, big flavor.

I had my birthday dinner here. It was on a Tuesday night and everyone who attended to me from the valet guy to the server were very lovely considering I made it late to my reservation due to some personal events but my friends were there in time and they got seated in time and they were able to order.... Chile relleno appetizer was amazing! Scallops were definitely some of the best I've had. Served with tasty grits. Husband didn't care for the texture of the mushy meatloaf but loved the taste! Try the chocolate banana cheesecake!

I was there in Atlanta for business and did what most people do nowadays and search for nearby restaurants. I wanted something different and chose this place. Awesome food and atmosphere. I had the fish tacos (which were phenomenal and highly recommended) and for my entree' I had the lamb which was good as well. Agave also had a great... More

Most recently I celebrated my birthday at Agave with 16 friends, and it was a great evening. The food here is some of the best in Atlanta or anywhere. If you take some basic flavors of Mexican food and elevate them to something completely different you have the essence of Agave. A word to the wise....if you have a party... More

We were there for a wedding rehearsal dinner so did not expect to have the best. However, we were more than pleasantly surprised be the quality of the offerings and service. Excellent, spicy New Mexican food - from the guacamole to the tuna and steak and the excellent wines and Prosecco. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking... More
