A birthday celebration

One of my favorites. Located on the cusp of Cabbage Town this downtown creative cuisine is warm and in voting with great food.

First and last visit. Service, food, and drinks were mediocre. Drinks were pretty but weak. Food was bland. Our server had no personality. We ordered crawfish stuffed trout and scallops w/ grits. The fish entree was terribly overcooked. The fish was dry and the crawfish were rubbery. The collard greens were too sweet and there was no hint of hickory smoked bacon.... More

The atmosphere was unique, brick with painted windows, pipes/electric, painted wood window casings, native american/south american decor. The food was really good. The trout is very filling and the fried chicken with a green chili drizzle was amazing. The grilled corn came on the cob and was quite easy to cut off, very sweet. The traditional margaritas were very good... More

I love this restaurant. You really can't go wrong with anything that you order. If you sign up for their monthly emails and go between 5-6p then all of their entrees are $10. I'm talking steak, lamp chops etc for $10. Try a margarita while you're there. They have several types of tequila. I like the jalapeno margarita.

This has always been a solid option for taking friends and family for dinner. Valet parking, allows you to not worry about searching for a spot to park. The food is consistent and delicious. Prices range 12-25 for an entree and their wide range of margaritas are priced around 10.00 If you leave hungry, it's your fault not theirs.

Have had many great meals at Agave. Most recently had a salad with grilled salmon added per the waitstaff's suggestion... delicious! Great tenderloin medallions, cayenne fried chicken, lamb ... the list goes on and on! Best margaritas in Atlanta. Best waitstaff in Atlanta. Easy intown location, parking. Ask to sit in the 'loft' and watch all the action in the... More

Wonderful food, atmosphere and a staff with perfect attention to details and all the extras. Went out of their way to make sure all 16 people got the extra attention needed to make a special evening for one a special evening for everyone. The tasting family style menu was creative and very filling. Highly recommend.

Wow! Wow! Just wow! One good dish can overshadow the mediocre. The scallops with grits and collards was AMAZING!!! I am a southern girl and have collards a thousand times, but these were fabulous. The lobster appetizer was very good. The lobster had an amazing flavor, and seemed to be fried in chicken batter. On the other hand, My husband... More

Very outstanding restaurant! The service was simply perfect. The food, holy cow what an extensive menu, was unbeatable. Ceviche, Poblano soup, Tuna, Salmon all had a wonderful Southwestern, New Mexico flavor.
