I make it a point to eat here when I get to Atlanta. Top floor of Hilton, Great views, very romantic with very well done Russian food. The service is top notch.

Very Critical Traveler hates to give a full review for just two items ordered at the bar...but they were fabulous. Carefully chosen with advice from Michael and Sherry (host and bartender), the VCT ordered an artichoke soup and the Grand Marnier souffle. The artichoke soup was a "top chef" dish with a luscious veloute and a rillette of crispy-ish duck... More

Was staying at the Hilton downtown and decided to treat ourselves the first night to a nice dinner. First of all the hostess came across very snooty which was not a good start. The waiter was very nice though he certainly took his time in a restaurant with only 3 other tables. The menus looked great and we were excited... More

Being here is great, overlooking downtown Atlanta. We have been a group of nearly 50 people, private dining. Excellent service, the menue was good, but not as extraordinary as expected. The salad missed some dressing, the meat was of good quality but not cooked to perfection, might be a consequence of the group size, so to differenciate between medium and... More

For many years my wife and I have celebrated our wedding anniversary at Nikolai's Roof in Atlanta, but our most recent experience was less than enchanting. Many of the previous "dining perks" are gone, including the magnificent entree presentation with multiple waiters simultaneously unveiling your meal from undercover to the final "take home" gift of a rose for each lady.... I enjoyed the experience of having a special date night with my wife at Nikolai's Roof. The food was decent and the service was average. The area of concern centers around the pricing. Go to the ATM first.

My wife and I had an incredible diner with the pairing. It was a week night and we had the room to ourselves most of the evening. The staff is very attentive and their knowledge of the food and wine is impressive. It was truly an awesome sunset dinner and we can highly recommend.

Liked--view, table settings, service, extras such as complimentary cookies, wine list. The Grand Marnier souffle was very good.

The view is wonderful, the atmosphere relaxing. Instead of having the four course menu, we split a few orders of Piroshkis as an appetizer. The kids each had a salad and the pasta. Two of us had the beef tenderloin and two had the elk. Everything was delicious! The wine was excellent as well. We were seated at a round... More

The hotel provided breakfast for folks on the executive level in Nikolai's Roof. I used this only once due to the stench of cigar and cigarette smoke. There is no warning from the hotel about this nor is an alternative provided.
