Good Grits and Shrimp

If you try this place on the weekend be prepared with parking and some waiting. This was my first time there, the wait was not bad even though it was raining. The grits and shrimp were great. I tried a bite of the pancakes and was surpprised on how good. They had a another dining area on the side... read more

We just had breakfast, but don't an to return. Maybe, it was just what we ordered because others have had good results. The potatoes were hard and burnt. The pork sausage was homemade , but had an occasional hot bite . The pancake was good. The bacon was crisp, but thick and very chewy. Good spot for vegetarian options.

This is a really cool place to eat and the food is excellent. Served quickly and with the Southern charm ubiquitous throughout Atlanta, it may look unprepossessing from the outside but should definitely not be missed off any foodie's itinerary. Opposite the glorious and fascinating Oakland cemetery, the Rosemary Chicken is wonderful. Atlanta is filled with so many great places... More

Found this place on Yelp and glad we stopped in. It took a while to get settled and get our food but nice little "local spot" and I'd go back. A group of 2 to 4 people is perfect for their small space but I wouldn't recommend for large groups. The thing I liked most about this place was the... More

Always looking for something new and local we dined here for breakfast. The food was average and really had the Austin, TX feel to it. " Keep Austin Weird". Waiters with tattoos and piercing. I can't say that I will be back. The place was not clean. The seating in the cushions had so much dirt and you could smell... More

I’ve wanted to go to Ria’s for a while but the fear of crowds always kept me away. We decided to give it a try Sunday morning. It was raining so we were hoping it would keep some folks away. Ria’s has a small parking lot right in front of it but you can park on the side street. I... More

Brunch made us happy campers at Ria's Bluebird in Hotlanta. My brisket in broth was sublime. The sandwiches and salads the others had were simply outstanding. The place is funky but not the food. I shall be back.

So we were driving through Atlanta on our way from Chicago to Savannah and had a little time to catch Sunday Brunch (which we heard was the BEST in Atlanta)! We had no clue where to go, so we mapped the brunch spots we would pass and then leaned on Trip Advisor and Yelp to help us out! The first... More

All your dreams of an old style diner come true. Yes you might have to wait (we didn't) but it will be worth it. Best breakfast.
