Quaint restaurant, interesting menu

Came her for pre-theatre dinner. Unique menu with some very creative pastas. The pasta was excellent, Chicken was slightly tough with some gristle in the Piccatta dish but overall the flavor was fantastic. Reservations are highly recommended as it fills up quickly when they open at 5:30pm.

This is a cute little place in an old home. It is somewhat small and I would definitely recommend a reservation. The menu has several dishes you won't find anywhere else, all freshly made including the pasta. I had the Tortelli di Mele, their signature dish of Apple and sausage ravioli in browned butter with sage. It was very good.... More

This was our third or fourth visit, each for an early dinner before seeing a play at the Alliance or the symphony. It is fine, not exciting. They are obviously doing well as it was packed at 6. The pastas were ok. Could've been hotter, could've had more of what was advertised in the menu as the ingredients- I had... More

We have been coming here for many years--since 2003 to be precise. The food and service are consistently great. They clearly treat their employees well because there is almost no turnover in the staff. The atmosphere is cozy and homelike. In fact, I believe the restaurant is actually an old house converted into the restaurant. Unfortunately parking is either by... More

I live on the next block from this restaurant but always seem to end up at one of the major players when I go out. Tucked away in a transformed house this is now one of my new Midtown favorites. Ample street and private lot parking, within walking distance from all of the major hotels, this place should be on... More

Found this place on the recommendation of a friend. It's now one of our favorites. We've eaten here 3 or 4 times. The food has been consistently excellent. The service has also been great. And, the casual, homey atmosphere is very appealing, in an old house with a small outdoor patio for seating in nice weather.

Usually, a New Years Eve Dinner is A. Expensive B. Not as good as it is on an ordinary night. Well at Pasta Da Pulcinella on New Years Eve this idea was scrapped. The Dinner was in a word Excellent and at $50.00 a person excluding drinks (Price Fixed Four Courses) it was one of the best New Years Experiences... More

Small (but comfortable) and casual place. Menu offers a good variety of pastas and one daily meat and fish. Good assortment of appetizers and salads Good wine list full bar. Food quality excellent. Well priced for the value of the food.

We were there on New Year's Eve and the atmosphere was festive and accommodating and intimate. The staff was friendly and attentive. The menu was prix-fixe for the evening, but they did include some wonderful options.

Here are the pictures from Pasta Da Pulcinella. It was a perfect restaurant for us. A good mid-week trip for 2-3 days would be to come up, visit some neat places, and then go to the cool restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. We loved this place and it was just perfect for us! Thanks to Turan at the... More
