This place has it all, great friendly service, crazy delicious burgers etc., and a nice bohemian Greenwich Village feel. I always go to the little five points location, which I love, first time to peach tree. If the parking was better this would be my new fave.

We had to wait a little, but the people watching was great. Food was fantastic- I hate we were in a hurry to get to a concert, and rushed our meal. Will return!

This was our first stop in Atlanta and it did not disappoint. Restaurant is small but full of character. My husband and I both ordered burgers & they were cooked to perfection. Also, the plantains I ordered as my side were amazing! I would definitely recommend to everyone! :)

Until we drove past it from the DragonCon sci-fi convention en route to the "nearest" liquor store, I did not know there was a second Vortex. Of course I knew the original location out on Moreland in Little Five Points- I'd eaten there while stationed at Fort Benning years ago. So of course this called for a group lunch before... More

We were trying to find a place for brunch but were too late for most. We ended up at Vortex by accident and it turned out fine. The burgers are really good and really substantial.Love the tater tots. Do not love the onion rings. The batter is not tasty and not crisp and therefore not worth the upcharge. The fried... More

I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!! Some of the best burgers in town!! So I can't believe I'm just eating here and I've been living in midtown for about a year now! Crazy! But one night I was beyond hungry and it was late on a weekday so with limited options my friend suggested we try out the vortex! I've heard about... More

This is an Adult Only place - because they allow smoking. However, when I was there, you really couldn't tell that it was a smoking establishment. Burgers are VERY tasty - big meal! Definitely a place to go when in Atlanta!

This is not a family place. You must be at least 18 to enter. A little risqué, but everybody enjoys themselves. As far as the food goes, it's the best in town. I have never had a burger as good as the one I had. Several ingenious combinations. Decent bar also. If you don't like a young loud atmosphere, you... More

The sweet potato fries were amazing, with marshmallow dip. We dind't have to wait long because we beat the crowd, try to get there by 6 or so. Limited menu but what they have is delicious.
