We were there on a busy Saturday night and it was a positive experience but the staff was a bit overwhelmed so I would say the service was average at best. My guess is we just got them at a bad time but we had to wait about 10 min to be seated for our reservation, about 10 minutes for... More

The food was great, the price was fair and the location near The Fox Theatre was awesome. I was on a business trip with several others and we all loved our food and wine. There were tvs at the bar that we could see from our table so we enjoyed a World Cup game while we fellowshipped over good food.

Was not impressed with the appetizers (calamari and caprese salad)..just average. Halibut was good, but sides (kale and spinach) could have used more flavor. Menu is largely pizza and pasta.

We usually go to Baraonda for dinner before shows at the Fox. The food has always been delicious and timely no matter how crowded the restaurant is. Authentic Italian food, ambience and an authentic Italian owner. Service is exceptional and they always have special cocktail themes based on the show at the Fox Theater.

We were tired and so decided to not wander too far from the hotel. This restaurant is just opposite the Hotel Indigo. Although there is not a vast selection on the menu, the food that is there is of a high quality. The cold meat sharing platter is wonderful, as was the lasagne and the spaghetti with truffle oil.

Visited Baraonda for dinner on the way to the Fox theater with my great-niece. I had Fettuccine 3 Funghi, my great-niece had the a Margherita Pizza and we shared an order of Garlic Bruschetta. The Fettuccine had a plentiful amount of mushrooms and was an ample serving, however, the sauce was a bit salty. The Pizza was beautifully presented and... More

Sorry, we were disappointed with Baraonda the other night. Pizza was so so (ham was just thrown on), pasta was uninspired. Our party wondered if the competition of Antico is making them not try very hard. Service was slow too. This restaurant is too expensive for it to just be mediocre.

I think the restaurant mistakenly thought business would be less during memorial day because our waiter was pulling double duty as bartender and waiting. But honestly, it didn't matter because he was still relatively quick and great attitude - very apologetic and humorous about it. He had great recommendations which everyone enjoyed. He also brought out complimentary drinks at the... More

We were waiting to check into the Georgian Terrace Hotel and decided to eat a late lunch. The Baraonda is very close to the Fox Theater and the Georgian Terrace. Our server, Sean, was most helpful with a discussion about the food. We had the lasagna which came out very cheesy in an iron skillet and the seafood linguini. Both... More
