Hype = too much expectation. The good was good but not what I expected in relation to the superlatives I've encountered regarding this restaurant. I had the pork, which was very well cooked with a tasty sauce and buttery sweet potato souffle, the black-eyed pea hummus with sweet potato chips (could have done without it), and three excellent desserts, which... My husband and I ate dinner here for Valentine's Day. Luckily we made reservations four weeks in advance since they were totally full and booked three weeks before Valentine's Day. Even though the restaurant was overflowing with people, we had a wonderful meal. Great service, food and wine. The tables were close and even met a lovely couple that was... More

My sweetie and I ate here on Saturday night. I unfortunately have to eat gluten free now so it's hard to find a restaurant that the both of us can thoroughly enjoy...this place did not disappoint! I had the molasses rubbed pork tenderloin and he had the GA trout. Both dishes we very tasty and gluten free(yay!) I also enjoyed... More

My wife & I were staying at the Sweet Magnolia B&B just down the street in Inman Park and Josie recommended Wisteria. We are so glad she did! We arrived at 6pm without a reservation and were seated w/o any problem...as long as we were done by 8pm. My wife had the Charleston-Style Jumbo Lump Crab Cake & I had... More

We've eaten at Wisteria three times. On the first two visits we found the service to be excellent, but our most recent time there, October 2014, the service was average at best. The server broke a bottle of wine on the table and brought the wrong food to the wrong person. Every one can have a bad night, but there... More

My husband and I went here with two other couples. We arrived early and managed to find a place to park. They do have required valet parking or you can hunt down limited street parking. The restaurant is attractive. Some may find the tables a bit too close together, or the noise level a bit too loud, but if you... More

When I was asked if this is one of the best meals I've ever had, I said yes. I'd have to put it in a list of over 20, but it definitely belongs in the pile. We (six of us) were well treated by the servers, and thrilled by the chef. This is a comfortable and friendly place, and the... More

I loved Wisteria. They have a set gluten free menu but I ate there on New Year's Eve and they had a special menu. The waitress was very knowledgable about gluten and helped me have a great New Year's Eve dinner. She happily worked with me to make sure everything was gluten free. And she was very knowledgeable about cross... More

One of the best restaurants I have ever experienced. Food is varied and superb. Service is top notch and atmosphere is very pleasant. It is my wife's favorite and we have eaten there several times. It is adjacent to Atlanta's oldest, most Victorian neighborhood: Inman Park, which also has some very good and interesting restaurants.

What a disappointment! Dinner with out of town family and friends who had been to Wisteria a few years ago and really enjoyed it. From the time we walked in and the hostess rudely said we would have to wait to be seated for the rest of party to arrive. No room in the small front entrance and bar was... More
