Good food,wine, and good service

I was really excited to go to Wisteria after reading so many great reviews about the food. However, the entire night was disappointing. While our waitress was super nice, she was barely around for the first part of our dinner, and it took almost 50 minutes for us to order. Her wine recommendations were way off, and quite honestly, their... More

Delicious food and very nice experience, with no rush on a saturday evening. Very warm (unpretentious) greeting and we waited at the bar until our table was ready. The restaurant was packed but we were not rushed at all. The food was superb. Two of us split the blackeyed pea hummus appetizer and one of our party had the crab... More

Wisteria Restaurant is located in the "artsy" North Highland area near downtown Atlanta. The atmosphere is a combination of neighborhood friendly, romantic, classy and laid back rolled into one. The wine list is great, the artwork is beautiful. I think that the paintings are done by local artist. Now, let's get the food. The menu reads like the who's who of... More

This was a return visit and what a disappointment. Unknown to us until the end of our meal, there was a $25 per bottle corkage fee. This is much higher than most Buckhead fine dining establishments and is usually waived when a party of six orders other wine, cocktails, and food like we did. At the least, the fee should... More

This quaint Little restuarant offers traditional southern Food with a chic, modern Twist. The food is so good, I wish I could taste every single dish they have on the menu during one visit. Excellent wine selection, too. I always bring all my friends from out of state here, to get a nice taste of the southern cuisine. The staff is... More

As always, Wisteria is a winner. The food was terrific, the cocktails tasty, and the desserts were perfect. We especially liked the salmon and the chocolate tart. Mmmmmmm.

Tempted by Inman Park Restaurant Week, we signed up to try 2 restaurants. For this Friday night visit we invited another couple to join us. It was a great experience! Menu is extensive- and delicious! First courses - salad choices were delicious as well as the crab cakes. Entres- seared scallops, rack of lamb and steak surpassed our expectations! The... More

Really good food, as good as its reputation: I had a she-crab soup, rich and tasty and so large a portion that it was cloying, and shrimp and grits, with unusually good supporting onion, peppers, and chiles in support -- really excellent gravy. Good specialty cocktails -- I had one the server described as a twist on a Moscow mule... More

Hype = too much expectation. The good was good but not what I expected in relation to the superlatives I've encountered regarding this restaurant. I had the pork, which was very well cooked with a tasty sauce and buttery sweet potato souffle, the black-eyed pea hummus with sweet potato chips (could have done without it), and three excellent desserts, which...
