Delicious cuban sandwich

Good lunch or dinner spot. Menu revolves around more Cuban influences and less Caribbean, but flavors are delicious and robust. Good lunch or dinner spot. Menu revolves around more Cuban influences and less Caribbean, but flavors are delicious and robust. The Cuban sandwich is a must-try - they use tender and juicy pork and just the right crusty bread. All the coffee selections are also wonderful and a nice divergence from standard American coffee.

Last minute decision when another restaurant had a long line - extremely pleased with the deliciously flavorful meal we had. Will be back next time we come to the Fox Theatre. Within walking distance.

The food was very well prepared and the service was fast. Great authentic recipes. Ropa vieja, croquetas, fufu - all very good. This place ain't fancy and most of the folks eating here have ties to the Cuban community or are students or are lost (or savvy) Atlanta tourists. My son introduced me to this place while he was a... This place is just a little hole in the wall, but the food was great and abundant. The Ropa Vieja was very tasty as was the Vaca Frita. We were only in town one night and my only regret is that I can't come back and try the other food on the menu. Wait staff was very friendly and the... More

The service was quick, friendly, and the prices were reasonable. I loved the décor and variety of selection. It was a pleasant lunch experience for me and a reuniting friend.

The wife and I were visiting Atlanta and decided to grad something for dinner. She found Papi's and we decided to give it a try. This happened to be the Jazz festival weekend so parking was at a premium but after one route around the block a space opened up in their parking lot. We went in the place and... More

Food was awesome, I got the Ropa and it was succulent! Everyone in my group thought their meal was delicious. The waitress was very funny and helpful. Prices are very reasonable. The only problem is parking (and getting a table-it is a popular restaurant!).

We stumbled across this place because the line at the place across the street was too long. We were so glad that we found this place. The food was great and the owner waited on us and was very helpful with our orders. We got the pork and chicken entrees and side orders of fried plantains. The black beans that... More

Ponce De Leon location beats Miami and Tampa offerings for Cuban sanwiches. Delicious, huge portions - I ate all. Rice and beans delicious as well. Not to be missed. Fun neighborhood, authentic feel inside.

Nice size, get there early for lunch, long lines. The best black bean soup ever had. Plantains are excellent, yellow rice cannot be beat. All this with a great friendly staff. Great pricing. Do not miss this place when in Atlanta.
