I have been to this place a lot! Especially for Taco Tuesday. Last year when the had the $1 special on chicken, beef, or veggie tacos, my friends and I were there every Tuesday. I guess I'm a cheap date because I loved the house margaritas also. All my friends would get the frozen swirl (Sangria and Margarita swirl), they... More

We have been here on a couple of occasions recently. The service is just poor. The wait staff acts like they are doing you a favor to wait on you. We had to ask multiple times for a refill on chips and salsa. The first time they never came back after they dropped the food off until we asked for... More

Saturday night was date night so my better half and I craved for Mexican. While Uncle Julie's does not acceptv reservations you can call earlier and beb put on the Call List. We arrived early and had drinks at the bar. Frozen sangria is served in a 12 ounce mug. It was mucho delicious! Our friends soon arrived and we... More

Well decorated décor inside and out. We were able to dine outside but have dined inside on a previous visit. The weather was perfect and the food is not your typical Mexican food. I had a steak with appetizers and it was excellent. Fun atmosphere and this location is right at the Buckhead area.

I joined a couple clients at this restaurant since we were looking for something close and casual. The service was a mess. We ordered a large guacamole appetizer but it never arrived. We asked twice about it and were told it was on the way. We never got it. Our drinks sat empty for prolonged periods. We sat outside since... More

I went to Uncle Julio's Fine Mexican Cuisine this evening with my boss and was seated immediately. We were served a basket of chips and some non-tasty salsa. We were asked if we wanted an appetizer and guacamole was selected. The bowl came out and was a heap of guacamole with very little cheese that tasted just average. We then... More

Having lived in a number of cities in the Southwest and enjoyed many Mexican restaurants - this is the first time that we had to pay extra for onions & peppers with the fajitas. The smaller than tablespoon portion of guacamole was nowhere near enough for 6 fajitas - same with the cheese. The meat was plentiful - the sides... More

Received our food and before it left the waitress's hand, I quietly pointed out the shiny, crisply fried bug on top of my rice. She acted annoyed and rude with me for mentioning it, like I should have flicked it out and shut up. She got a manager which took forever, and I sat there, starving, watching everyone else eat.... The restaurant did not appear to be too busy during our afternoon visit. We were the only people present as we approached the maitre d' stand. The attendant received a call as we walked up but slightly acknowledged us. Another person came up to update the status of the seating chart, but did not offer assistance. We waited a few... More

This is our favorite date night place. The fajitas are amazing and perfect to split. They have great drinks, my favorite is the swirl frozen margarita! The queso and guacamole is also great! Highly recommended!
