I have been literally passing by this place for years and had no idea it was there. Some friends mentioned it and we decided to go. This place is not your typical restaurant. Especially with handwritten menus, couches for group seating and chairs that you may see at grandma's house back in the day. Wow! What a treat! since there... More

My boyfriend and I eat here every time we attend an event downtown. It's a very short walk from the five points marta station, so it's perfect for a reasonably priced, delicious meal if your headed to the dome or the tabernacle for a show. The atmosphere is humble and quirky. There is wonderful art on the walls and the... More

Don't come here expecting a "regular" restaurant: it's not. It really is like eating dinner at someone's house, with couches and mismatched tables and chairs. Our server was actually the owner, so we got the inside scoop on the menu, which is written on the back of wine cartons. It's a small plates place meant for grazing. Everything is amazingly... More

I really dont need to type very much here... 1. Service is Lousy. FACT. 2. Atmosphere is odd and dirty. FACT. 3. Food is cheap. Very cheap. FACT. 4. Food is not very good. FACT. I wasted over an hour of my time in this restaurant because of all the "excellent" reviews. Some of you must have been drunk while... More

As a native Atlantan I kept hearing about this place from different out-of-town friends so we had to try it. It is not in a part of town we would normally venture, especially after dark, although once there we didn't feel unsafe as part of a group of 6. Street parking could be tricky but we found a spot easily... More

Food here is exceptional! Ambiance is hip to the point of being odd, but I highly recommend it. Difficult to find, have to look close as you are driving by.

It's ironic that the tagline of "Lunacy Black Market" is "uninspired cuisine" because the food is everything BUT uninspired! The dining room is a mix of sofas, chairs, coffee tables and tables arranged in intimate groupings. Everything and I mean everything looks like the owner grabbed the pieces off the curb that was left discarded for trash pick-up and amazingly... More

We try to eat here every March we come into town for a conference at GWCC. We love the quirky ambiance and delicious food. 4 of us ate everything on the menu, had a bottle of water and a bottle of wine and it was $78 dollars. You cannot beat the price nor the atmosphere - it's like you're eating... More

Be aware it's all over their website, NO CHILDREN. Won't go back even though we enjoyed our experience without kids, heard someone else talk about it and checked the website after. That is a ridiculous policy to post on your website. Just don't offer a kids menu, it's that easy. A picture of the word CHILDREN with a line through... More

We were in town for the gift show and didn't want to eat at the restaurant in our hotel, so I took a chance and did a search on my phone............................and we found some great reviews for LBM! Although when we asked the taxi driver to drive us there, he didn't know where we were talking about, so we got... More
