This was a pleasant surprise near our downtown hotel

This was a pleasant surprise near our downtown hotel. The place is open 24 hours, the décor resembles the old diners from the 50’s and the food good and inexpensive – considering you are in downtown Atlanta- My family and I went for breakfast. The server was not on the friendly side, but she took... read more

Food was OK. Wait staff was good. It is pretty torn up and looks like it was a disco in the seventies. Killer was the mold in my cake.

The food was good, as was the service. The decor is a bit strange, but you forget about that as soon as your order arrives. It's a diner, Bobby Flay is not in the kitchen, you won't find some original culinary masterpiece that is going to change your life. What you will find is diner food cooked perfectly, which is... I would highly recommend the Metro Cafe Diner, pricing is excellent compared to hotel restaurants especially for breakfast. This restaurant reminds me of an old time

I love this place. Its downtown and as soon as I make it to the city I stop here for breakfast. I eat the chicken and waffle. I have also dined here at night when it's lite up and becomes more of a night club atmosphere. I have no complaints either times visiting here.

Two colleagues and I stopped in for a late night meal. We sat at the bar in order to watch the nightly karaoke. The burgers and chicken strips were good, the service was quick and it was a fun place. VERY crowded, but we we enjoyed the music and atmosphere.

came for the nightlife. It was great. Bar service was fast even though it was so packed, prices are excellent for a city-bar ($4.50 for MichUltra) and the karaoke and DJ were hilarious. Definitely worth a stop on your travels through peachtree plaza!

on the small side, busy and lots of steps. two people in our party have bad knees. getting in and out of the diner was a bit painful. the usual diner menu- burgers, fries, shakes, italian and greek, with southern dishes thrown in for good measure. we all ordered something different, the food came out quick enough and was tasty.... I stopped in for a quick breakfast rather than pay the outlandish prices in my hotel. I ordered their Alpine Omelet with egg whites. The omelet came out crispy on the outside with lots of cheese, mushrooms and bacon. The service was friendly, fast and efficient.

Two couples referred here by hotel concierge Sunday morning after Billy Joel concert. To say it was awful is an understatement! Horrible service beginning with no water after asking twice, coffee was atrocious and food was worse. No one in our group had a decent breakfast. Didn't know one could screw up French Toast; chewy, tasteless barely could cut with... More
