Wrecking Bar is one of our favorite places to eat and to drink. Terrific and intersting selection of beers, and the wait staff all are very knowledgeable about the beers. Great chef -- creative and uses locally sourced ingredients. Everything is so fresh. Great local cheese and pate plate. Wonderful trout, pork dishes, side dishes, everything. Nice and relaxed atmosphere.... More

We went to this brewpub in an Old Heritage home, it was decorated very funky and the bar was great. Very busy for a Thursday night. Very small parking lot so ALL vehicles have to be valet parked , which only cost $2. That is not where the value for your $$ stops. The menu was very interesting and had... More

Some friends and I dined here last Friday. They brew their own beer and it was good. Had the saison deponce. Also had the corn dogs which feature sausage they made. Spicy but delicious. My friend had the marrow and wouldn't stop raving about it. The other two friends had sandwiches and enjoyed them as well. Very cool setting and... More

We really liked the ambiance of this brewpub. Unfortunately, we had already had a tour of Sweetwater Brewery, so we all had our fill of beer, and could not enjoy any samples here, although they looked interesting. Our lunch was served on slate tiles, which was pretty innovative and fit this establishment. Thee of us had the Wrecking Bar Burger... More

This is located in the heart of the area known as the "Little 5". Parking is a problem out of the gate. The options are valet or park along the curb somewhere in the surrounding neighborhood. We walked up and decided to grab a seat at the bar in the brewery instead of the main dining room. The bartender was... More

The food was quite good (I had the burger). The beer was a decent selection and the stout was well done. The building is very interested and not what you'd expect for a bar.

We walked to the bar from my niece and husband's bungalow in Little Five Points. Very nice setting with exposed stone walls, and wood tables. Seemed classy. We tried different craft beers, and settled in on the ones we wanted. We got different entrees, mine being the veggie barley bowl. I also received a side of kimchee collards, and mixed... More

Great old building with cool exposed stone walls. Started with a few in-house brews. My husband loved the double hopped IPA, but they have quite an extended drink menu as well. We were very impressed with the diversity of the menu. Not the standard burger and fries place... Southern delights like hoppin' john and okra find their way into several... More

Wrecking Bar Brewpub was a great choice to celebrate a birthday. I enjoy places that have excellent food & atmosphere, but that are also not stuffy. This place did not disappoint. The atmosphere was lively and busy and fun. The food was creative and locally sourced and delicious. The beer was great & just as they described on the menu.... More

Wrecking Bar is in a unique place that is not near public transit, nor does it have ample parking in its valet lot or the neighborhood right near it. However, the atmosphere is a really interesting and fun one. The bar and seating arrangements are nice and provide plenty of space to talk without it seeming too loud. The home... More
