Great Bar Great Food Tucked away in East Andrews

We had a Scout Mob which I often forget to use, but it lead us here. It is all small plates but if you're like me and like to try many things but don't really eat a lot, you found your match! The lamb chops were grilled to perfection. The orichette "macaroni and cheese" had a taste of prosciutto... read more

My wife and I found a groupon for this place a few months back and bought it to try and go on a date night. We made reservations and arrived at the proper time to find a full blown party happening inside with live music and drunk college guys inside. We got inside and could not hear ourselves think because... More

Sort of hidden in the interior of what would otherwise appear to be an upscale strip shopping center. Maître d' was a bit aloof when we showed up for our reservation, did come around once to ask how we were doing, then followed us out with more questions as we left - just felt off. Tapas style menus offer chances... More

I had never heard of this place before. I saw it on Groupon and decided to give it a shot. If you're not careful you will drive right pass it. This is definitely a sexy well kept secret in Atlanta. They serve excellent tapas which my favorite was the pulled pork egg roll and bbq chicken flat bread. I wish... More

I had some high hopes for Cellar 56. I was out for a business dinner with a peer and liked what the web site had to offer. The overall look and feel of the interior, menu, right up my alley. We were greeted and seated pleasantly and politely. The “clip board” style menu has a nice allure. However, a quick... More

We were going to the improv on a Thursday night and decided to eat here since the improv is basically a stair case away. It is very nice as far as the atmosphere goes but I honestly had a hard time with the smell. To me it has that college bar smell that took away from it a bit. We... More

Cellar 56 is on East Andrews, take the road before Whole Foods if coming from I-75 on West Paces. Valet parking. Restaurant has a bar area and tables. Can order off sushi menu also. The prices are from memory, so all approximate. I started off with a half glass of a white Viogner, similar to Sauvignon Blanc, around 4.50, with... More

I was interested in this place because it listed tapas. Wine isn't my core thing, so all of the bottle of wine around me were wasted. The waiter made a flight for me which I enjoyed. Which I remembered what I had...We had edamame, shrimp & grits, short ribs and flat bread pizza. Wasn't the typical tapas menu I am... More

The first red flag should have been that there was only 2-3 other tables at 7:30 on a Friday night but I had been wanting to try this place and my husband and I were due for a date night. The wine was good...but that was about the only thing. I get that this is a tapas restaurant but the... More

First time diner and it was a great experience. Laura was an awesome waitress and made out dinner that much better. Food was very good. Crab and Shrimp Ceviche was great! The Short Rib was very tender and a knife was not needed. Enjoyed the muscles as well. They had a good selection if wine as well. They are also... More
