Some places are considered "in." People go there no matter what the experience. This is such a place. Good pizza, but not worth the what has to be endured. Very crowded, very noisy, communal tables, no plates, napkins. (Paper towels serve as both plates napkins.) You can find pizza that's just as good, less expensive, and with a pleasant ambiance.

After reading about this pizzeria on several best pizza lists, I went here with my girlfriend and her family. Although the food was good (not excellent or in that ballpark), the atmosphere was terrible. The tables are wooden tops that resemble kitchen cutting boards. Since they do not wipe down tables between clients, and there are no plates, the sanitation... More

I had read all the hype about this restaurant and was really excited when I finally found time to go. I went with a friend in the early evening on a Saturday. The vibe was great but I was a little concerned when our pizza arrived within three minutes of sitting down. Sure enough, it was lukewarm. Obviously not made... More

This is authentic Naples-style pizza. They import most of their ingredients, make their own dough every day, (except Sunday), and close their doors when the dough runs-out. There are often lines out the door during the lunch hours, but don't let that deter you. Pizzas come out fast, because of the extremely-hot, wood-fired ovens. Seating is first come, first serve... A group of girlfriends and I decided to meet up for a quick bite of pizza at this place. I love the uniqueness of this place. We ordered the Lasagna Pizza. The pizza not only is simple and fresh ingredients but it is also served fast! I also like the fact that you are almost sitting in the kitchen and... More

First visit to Antico's last week after seeing a segment about them on Atlanta Eats. Pizza was delicious (cherry tomatoes, basil, mozzarella) and ready very quickly. We were there at lunch time on a week day, no wait and not overly crowded. Only negative was a little pricey for the size of the pizza.

I asked the intern in my office where to go, since he's a Georgia Tech grad. Great tip, because this is a perfect pizza place. Just the way pizza should be; chewy dough with nice crisp edges. Sit in the kitchen area and watch the guys work. Bring your own beer or wine to offset the pricey pies. Sit at... More

I've had lots of NYC pizza, and this is very similar. Service was fast, place was super busy, and there was actually parking. Definitely a BYOB type of place. Only downfall is that both cashiers were pretty rude. They were definitely going through the motions..I didn't enjoy that. But the pizza was incredible. I would go back in a heartbeat.

Wow no words can describe the flavor of theses pizzas. Ordered 3 different type and all were equally good. Great fast service and the place is BUSY.

We went here on a Saturday afternoon having heard that it could be hectic. How true. The parking lot was full, although we were able to find a space on the street close by. There was a queue to order, but it moved quite quickly. Once we we ordered, we searched for seating, which is at large shared tables. Again,... More
