Excellent Pizza

The pizza is as close to pizza you would get in Italy. Be prepared for long lines and very limited seating, but worth the wait!

Man, do I wish I knew about this place while I was at Tech. The atmosphere of the restaurant reminded me of Italy--including the lack of air conditioning and the communal sitting. I really liked the BYOB aspect--2 $2 Chucks and good to go. Another perk was the free extras (fresh garlic, pickled peppers...) to top the pizza with. As... More

We were visiting Atlanta for a few days and our son made sure that we had to have a meal at this place. He heard many great reviews about the pizza and this restaurant. We ordered the Margherita with pepperoni. It was amazing, coupled with the atmosphere of the restaurant (loud Italian music, loud kitchen with flour flying everywhere and... More

One pie was ok but the other was soggy, BUT, you have to get past the uber pretentious staff at the order counter first. When asked to hold onions, we were told " YOU EAT IT AS WRITTEN UO THERE OR NOT" I asked to speak to mgr on duty ans was told " NOT POSSIBLE" and he walked away!... More

This place is busy so get there early because when they are out of dough, they close. The pizza is absolutely wonderful and you are able to bring your own drinks. The price is kind of expensive so it is best to go in groups and all pitch in!

The best Napolitano style I've eaten in the USA. Very simple top quality ingredients you can taste. The inside atmosphere is very chaotic, noisy and hot. Like your eating in a beer hall without beer and air conditioning. Sparse and easy going picnic table setting. A place where your mission is to chug down pizza. They offer a bit more... More

For the pizza purist, their pizza is really good, not the best. We drove in from Charlotte for the weekend, arrived around 3:00 for a very late lunch. This is a great time to visit, as there was no real wait and easy to find a table. We really enjoyed the pizzas....standard Margherita and San Gennero (sausage, sweet peppers, onion).... More

We made the trek here while visiting Stone Mountain and it was well worth the trip! The pizza is excellent - thin pie with a light and airy crust. The menu is simple offering around 10 pizzas to choose from. Highly recommend the San Gennaro. Visited around 5pm during the week and walked right in with no wait. Good restaurant... More

The pizza is some of the best I've ever had. BUT, you have to get past the uber pretentious staff at the order counter first. They have no plates to eat from, no free ice water (but they do have a wash basin where you can get your own water...so strange), and there is no air conditioning.
