OMG - at the airport!

Can't believe this great of food and wine is at the airport! Totally worth taking the hike to E terminal. Great food and a real wine list. Had a hard time selecting between the pulled duck, pork belly, or swordfish. Make room for the black truffle mayonnaise. You won't be disappointed... read more

Had a hard time selecting between the pulled duck, pork belly, or swordfish. Make room for the black truffle mayonnaise. You won't be disappointed. Dessert was equally worth it.

The food is outstanding, the service gracious yet efficient, but the best part of this restaurant is that is does NOT feel like an airport. Definitely worth a trip to this terminal whenever a layover is required. VERY enjoyable! I always make it a point to recommend to whomever I encounter in the airport.

Yum! Spendy, but fresh! Figure the fish is FLOWN in right? So where is it going to be the best? At the airport! Love their sushi and their drinks - try the Old Fashion (1895) if you're a whiskey fan! Next time we have a long enough lay over in ATL, we'll definitely eat here! Sit in their 'patio' which... More

Thank you One Flew South. For a frequent traveler, this is a fantastic place to stop and have an excellent meal and superb cocktail. Today I had a Bookers Manhattan and the Lobster Bowl. Only had 45 mins between flights and did not feel like I was in a hurry. Both items were exactly what I hoped for (and expected,... More

Let's face it...airport food basically sucks. Mind you, there are exceptions. I love the fact that the Columbia Restaurant now has an outpost in TPA. And you could previously get Varsity hot dogs in ATL. It wasn't haute cuisine, but it was good, although your fellow travelers on your connecting flight might not appreciate the after effects. One Flew South... More

My wife and I had one of the best meals of our honeymoon at the Atlanta airport. Say what? No, I am not extraordinarily cheap, nor did we honeymoon at a strip mall. But One Flew South is deserving of any and all praise that it gets. Food? Outstanding: Tasty ragout pasta, a gourmet open-face meatloaf sandwhich with a fried... More

Great upgrade from the regular fare in an airport - well worth finding the Terminal (E) and the restaurant! Once you are seated the Staff ask how long you have, then go from there. For me, I had 1 hour, and was served quickly (I had soup, it's quick anyway). Also, my waiter was very helpful with gate information, and... More

If time allows you must travel to concourse E in the Atlanta airport and eat here. The sushi selections are amazing-anchovies were wonderful! But try the dirty south sandwich was a true culinary experience. Meat loaf, pimento cheese, spinach, bacon, egg, BBQ sauce. Sounds strange huh? Delicious! I topped the meal off with an Old fashioned with muddled brown sugar.... More

My husband and I were traveling to Europe with three other couples last summer when we ate here. A friend had told us to be sure we eat here when we were in the international terminal in the ATL airport. It certainly was worth stopping in. The menu was quite varied and provided something for everyone. We all gave it... More

While I was immediately frustrated when I realized my day trip to Atlanta for a business meeting was now going to be an extra five hours in the airport (thank you Frontier Airlines), after a quick Google search I kept finding reviews for One Flew South. Each said that the restaurant was easily one of the best airport restaurants in... More
