The signature dish at Legal Sea Foods – really fresh fish. See fish. Eat fish. Legal Sea Foods is located in downtown Atlanta’s Hilton Garden Inn, across from the Georgia Aquarium and World of Coca-Cola. Our two-story restaurant is double the fun for Atlantans who love seafood. Our validation will net you savings: complimentary self-parking or $5 off valet parking in the Hilton Garden Inn Garage. The buzz-worthy Oyster Bar is our street level lounge. Our second floor dining room features panoramic windows overlooking Centennial Olympic Park and Atlanta’s skyline, a balcony with outdoor seating and a wine room for semi-private parties. Nineteen signature cocktails, 28 wines by the glass and 40 varieties of fresh fish and shellfish will get you hooked. Nice ambiance and acceptable food.

The restaurant is attractive, the staff was welcoming, and the service was great. Our server made a point of telling us that their fish was flown in daily (on Delta), but I suspect that my swordfish came in frozen off a Sysco truck. I recommend you specifically ask if what you are about to order is... read more

After reading a lot of mixed reviews about Legal Sea Foods, I was hesitant to go, but a friend recommended it. I went for my birthday with a group of family and friends for dinner and regret doing so. The atmosphere was nice and the waiter was decent but the pricey$$$ food was horrible. I ordered kale and got gritty... More

Excellent sea food. A bit pricey but very good sea food. I would go back for sure! The clam chowder was some of the best I've ever had.

I didn't want to go back. Last year all the fish was overcooked and over sauced. This year things seem better, but we purposely didn't get any fish. Had some shrimp, clams and oysters. Decent. Steamers also okay. Fried calamari pretty good. Very friendly and helpful wait staff. The only problem was perhaps too "family friendly." The table next to... More

Not bad, not good. I have eaten in the Boston Legal Seafood store and it was great. Not here. It was very convenient for our stay. Very busy restaurant the night we were there. Service was good, kitchen fast enough. Food was tasteless but plentiful. Maybe frying oil needed to be changed. Fried seafood needs to be served piping hot,... More

This place is very pricey but you definitely get great service, lots of food and meals you won't find just anywhere. I had a salmon dish that was extraordinary and I'm often finding myself ordering salmon at dinner but this plate was by far one of the best salmon dishes I've had yet. My brother in law ordered the lobster... More

After reading all the amazing reviews, I couldn't wait to dine here. The view was very nice, and the staff was good, but I didn't find the selection to be that great. I decided to get the seafood casserole, which was good, but I found the shrimp a little too tough for my liking. For the price, I would go... More

This particular Legal Sea Foods has a nice location and outdoor patio. About a block from the Georgia aquarium and the Olympic park. Second story, so you are off of street level and looking out on the city. Service was good. Food here is pretty good. Above average, but over priced. For the price you pay, I've had much better... Went w/a business group here; very nice views of city! Rest. was very modern-across from the GA Aquarium. Food/seafood was very GOOD + loved the southern side offerings. We had many appt's, drinks and main course. Would return here again. @ $65/per person.

The service was slow. This was a Saturday during lunch. There was only a few tables being occupied when we were there. We ordered 12 oysters and they were swimming in water. They were seasoned maybe this is the way they come when the are different flavored but they tasted like water to me and I have eaten oysters at... More
