The signature dish at Legal Sea Foods – really fresh fish. See fish. Eat fish. Legal Sea Foods is located in downtown Atlanta’s Hilton Garden Inn, across from the Georgia Aquarium and World of Coca-Cola. Our two-story restaurant is double the fun for Atlantans who love seafood. Our validation will net you savings: complimentary self-parking or $5 off valet parking in the Hilton Garden Inn Garage. The buzz-worthy Oyster Bar is our street level lounge. Our second floor dining room features panoramic windows overlooking Centennial Olympic Park and Atlanta’s skyline, a balcony with outdoor seating and a wine room for semi-private parties. Nineteen signature cocktails, 28 wines by the glass and 40 varieties of fresh fish and shellfish will get you hooked. Legal Sea Foods has received a boatload of accolades including the honor of serving our legendary New England Clam Chowder at every presidential inauguration since 1981.

Pricey but delicious! From the fresh oysters that we ordered for our appetizers to the entrees, everything was delicious! We were a party of seven and all ordered something different. Everyone walked away satisfied. They do validate parking (3 hour limit) - but call before to see what parking garage they use.

I was in Atlanta for a large (12k people) conference and needed to find a private lunch for 9 with less than a week's notice, and I needed decent food and ambience. All my regular go to places were booked. My wife was helping in the search and found Legal Sea Foods. From our first contact, service was superb. The... More

I went to Legal Sea Food for a conference lunch and unfortunately was not able to eat as I had to return to the conference before the meal arrived. I patiently waited for over 1.5hours for the main course to arrive. The group size was about 100 people and the meal was pre-booked. Very disappointed.

My wife and I stopped by Legal Seafood in Atlanta after visiting the Atlanta Aquarium. The restaurant is about a block north of the Aquarium on the second floor of a building. I ate at the Legal Seafood in Washington D.C. some years ago and thought it was quite good. I had wanted to try the one in downtown Atlanta... More

Our large group was kept waiting for a table but once seated, we had a great time. The food was excellent. I recommend the BonBons for dessert!

A friend of mine who goes to the gulf regularly was reluctant to try an "inland" seafood place. No worries, everything was fresh...and delicious. The cauliflower appetizer is relatively inexpensive and exceeded our expectations. The crab cake is a must. The conbo comes with scallops and shrimp. Typically, I'm not a fan of scallops, but I would order them again... More

This is located in the Hilton Garden Inn downtown. I was staying there, so it's was convenient to have dinner there. I would not make a special trip to eat here. Make reservations, since this hotel is very busy. I had not made reservations, but luckily I was able to sit at the bar to eat. The food was good,... More

I had the New England Clam Chowder (cup: $5.95) and it was a very good way to start the dinner. It was delicious ... a must try and deserving of its reputation. My entree selection was "Anna's Baked Boston Scrod" ($22.95) and the fish was cooked perfectly. They serve either cod or haddock, depending on the catch that day. The... More

Well it goes without saying that if the seafood is great I'm going to be a repeat customer. Legal Seafood is a downtown favorite of mine and my husband's for pre-Falcon football games, or any other event we may be attending in the city proper. Last night however, my business partner and I took clients from Chicago for dinner. Now... More
