I haven't been to Maggiano's for years because the last time I was there (Dunwoody location) I had such a horrible experience. This was a welcome improvement! The service was good, not great, but the food was very good! I ordered a "classic" dish - baked ziti, which was great - and it came with a second order to take... More

This place is the absolute best! I love, love, love their Calamari. There is only one place that has Calamari comparable to this place. I don't get to here much, but when I do I always thoroughly enjoy it. My last time eating here was for a work Christmas party. The servers were wonderful! The food was wonderful and the... More

The overall experience was "clunky" - nothing flowed. We arrived, went to the bar to wait for a table. Waited 5 minutes to be acknowledged, then ordered 2 drinks. Bartender kept making drinks for the table waiters while we sat for 10 minutes. Finally brought my martini (forgot my club soda) which was terrible and since when does a dirty... More

I ordered the peppercorn steak, but it was tough and too done. The garlic potatoes and bread were the highlight for me. I guess that is what I get for ordering steak at an Italian restaurant.

Heard a lot about this place and decided to try it. A nice authentic meal. Not the typical Italian place. Great atmosphere for family meals.

My wife and I and another couple ate at this restaurant after we spoke to some people in the hotel we were staying at.fro the weekend. The couple said it was great place with great food. I can only say - they probably don't know real Italian food -- because this was not tasty. When you need to add a... More

Reading the reviews had me skeptical but I went ahead and made reservations for my daughter and I on here. Glad I did. It was a very busy Saturday night and we were seated immediately upon arrival. I had the famous rigatoni Des which was chicken, onions, and mushrooms in a marsala sauce. I see why it's famous. Very good!... More

The wait staff was accommodating, the table salad was good, soft bread and the chicken parm was good. It was clean and we all had a great time. I did not try any other dishes. I may or may not return. I do not like eating at malls. Very hard to find a parking space.

... but the rest of us do! Sure, Maggiano's is a chain. That seems to put off the food snobs who think "Italian" food is only acceptable in a "northeast" restaurant. Ha! This place is good. Authentic? Who knows? I haven't been to Italy, so I don't know. But I know that the food is a spectacular value and tastes... More

My wife and I made an Open Table reservation for the restaurant. We walked in told them our name and were seated immediately. The service was great, our food was delicious (we had stuffed mushrooms for an appetizer which I highly recommend), and I even got a pasta to take home after ordering a spring special. This was a great... More
