36th Anniversary Brunch

Hubby took me here for our 36th Anniversary brunch. Enjoyed the food as well as the decor and thought it was a good deal all around. Our reservation was for 1:15 and we had to wait about 30 minutes to be seated but understand that they arrange their reservations with an allowance of two hours and... read more

if i could give ZERO stars i would. this place simply SUCKS! first off, our waiter was terrible...seemed like he was high off something. asked him about things on the menu (i.e. what's good/most popular), since i had never been there before...to which he replied "um idk, it's all good. i said to NOT ask me about what's good on... I really want to love this place. What's not great about brunch at a restaurant that pays homage to our military with real planes and Army jeeps outside? And who wouldn't love a restaurant over looking a runway where planes take of and land? The answer is someone who wants better quality food for $25/adult and $15/kid 12 &under. They... More

We came here as a group of Georgia Navy Moms. We had one server, Hollie, and she served all of us with no problems. I haven't had a meal here that was not good. We will be having our next luncheon here again since our group is getting bigger.

Highly recommend. Great food, service and neat atmosphere. Had the filet and beer cheese soup. Good drink selection as well.

My husband and I along with several family members went here for dinner on New year's eve. The service was slow and awful. I thought well maybe it was because it was a holiday but then I looked around and noticed that they had plenty of wait staff there. I couldn't even get a glass of water. Then we went... More

I didn't expect much because restaurants with great views typically rely on the view, not the food. But the food was fantastic. The service was equally great. I was surprised and delighted while watching the planes land and take off. The restaurant is nearly on the runway. I loved it. I can't believe I have never found this gem before.

We were really delighted to learn about 57th Fighter restaurant, which we found by driving around the Dekalb Peachtree airport area. Only the lounge was open (on Saturday afternoon) but that area gave a great view of the taxiway and runway, and was a staging area for bi-wing planes rides (offered through a different business). We weren't hungry but stayed... More

We have been eating at 57th Squadron ever since it reopened six or eight years ago (or maybe longer now). We like it, and encourage you to give it a try. First, it has a very novel, and a bit unusual theme, a WW II facility. The novelty would wear off if you went there every day, but once every... More
