So before you leave this review and assume the worst about this establishment, please don't; I have taken some time in truly contemplating not just what I wanted to say, but how to phrase it such that a reader can fairly consider whether or not a visit to SIMB is worthwhile. First, let me say that I have visited SIMB... More

My nieces lived in downtown for 2 years while attending college and found this place through social media. Upon their recommendation, our family went here for brunch on a Saturday. Very crowded with little space to sit and wait inside. We actually had to wait outside on the sidewalk. If I hadn't spotted my family standing outside I might have... More

We've been to SIMB twice for brunch (when we brought out of town guests - perfect brunch place when you're trying to show off the city to out of towners.) We also have now been twice for dinner. Food is excellent. Atmosphere is cute. The servers are friendly and make you feel at home - sometimes restaurants in the metro... More

The only reason I don't dine here more often is the wait on the weekends. Their lunch menu may change your mind about ordering breakfast, both of which are good.

We really enjoyed our meal here. Each of the 3 of us had different meals and everyone was very pleased. Bean burger was quite tasty. Nice beer & wine selection. Excellent service.

Despite the hype surrounding this diner/restaurant and the willing and enthusiastic service, it takes them an age to produce food that is over-sauced and not fantastic. It's as if the spirit is willing but the result is disappointing. The Brussels sprouts slaw is pretty bitter and, basically, unappealing. The sandwiches are good but not excellent. So, overall, the hype is... More

My family has been to Sun in My Belly for brunch numerous times and the experience is always the same. The wait is long. Like every good Atlanta brunch place, the place is slammed. The service is fine - nothing to write home about but tolerable and the food is excellent. Last week, for the first time we tried SiMB... More

SIMB is always a delightful experience. The food is imaginative and the wines are good. 3/4 of our party of 6 really enjoyed their food. The salmon was delicious as was the pork chop, but the stars are the salads. I loved the lucy which I believe is new to SIMB. Two of our party were so so on their... More
