Saturday Lunch

My sister and I had a late lunch on Saturday and found the place packed. There was an hour wait. We weren't disappointed. I had the Dill tuna melt with black lentil salad. Fresh and delicious. My sister had the chicken salad with Brussels sprout salad. We enjoyed everything.

This was our first visit to Sun in My Belly. What an outstanding restaurant....the food, atmosphere and wait staff were all superb! We each started with the Geisha salad. The presentation which included spinach, mandarins and blue berries was topped off with a delicious ginger vinaigrette dressing. For the main course I had the broiled salmon which was excellent and... More

My wife and I invited another couple to dine based on Travelzoo special which is still ongoing. For $39 for two or $75 for four enjoy over $100 of great food. The restaurant does have very tight seating at tables for four. However they are about a foot apart from next table to your right or left. Reservations necessary because... More

That is all. Don't think twice :) Eat here! The biscuits to start and the bacon, fried green tomato, pimento cheese sandwich was life changing! One of the best breakfasts I've ever had!

Based upon some previous reviews, was prepared for a bit of a wait with our order. Our experience was such a positive one! From start to finish, our server (Caitlin from Kansas City) was so helpful, prompt, and attentive to all of our needs. Such a pleasant and conscientious young lady! My husband & I were using a Travel Zoo... More

We just celebrated our 2nd anniversary here, I learned of the place from travelzoo so the deal was exceptional. We really enjoyed our meal the food was unique and tasty, albeit a little pricey. I was a little disappointed that they didn't serve a Miscato, we tried the fried green tomatoes with pimento cheese and highly recommend them. I opted... More

I've had hit or miss experiences here over the last couple of years, especially with service, but our last visit in December was right on target. Service was good and all of the food was excellent. Salads were particularly good.

This is a terrific restaurant with a great chef. Many dishes are unique and you can tell they put extra effort into preparing dishes that have wonderful, seasonal flavors. The salads and sides are great as are the brunch items. This is a great place to meet up with a small group of girlfriends for brunch, go on a date... More

I would eat here more often if the tables weren't crammed right on top of each other and the seating were more comfortable. I sound like an old lady but these things matter! Every time I have been, the food is amazing and delicious, but I am within elbow's reach of the person at the table next to me. And... More

My family and I ventured here and truly enjoyed the organic and wholesome breakfasts that we had. We each ordered something different and there were no complaints. The service was equally good.
