We were looking for a place to have lunch in Woodstock while sightseeing and stumbled upon this "local pizza place"- and we were in for a surprise! We ordered 2 pizzas- a large cheese for the 4 kids and a large Greek pizza for us 3 adults. The kids enjoyed their pizza so much that even the crusts were gone.... More

We discovered the place when everything around was close, but what an excellent surprise for that family business, with a diner local atmosphere! Delicious food! The pizza with all the varieties was unbelievable, but they have also a large menu of pasta and meat, and free refill drinks! We and the kids so much loved the place, that we came... More

Family and I came here for a quick dinner, which turned into a 45 minute wait-fest. We order 3 small pies, and after the awful wait in the empty place, 2 of them came out. They forgot to make the third, which we had to wait 20 more minutes for. The pizza was surprisingly good for something that looked like... More

We were looking for a quick, take out meal one night on our last vacation so we decided to give Pizza Chef a try. Crust was "okay", sauce tasted canned, veggies were "fine"...all it all it was simply "meh". Next time we'll head to Pi or order early from South Woodstock store.

We had a delicious farmer pizza and Cesar salad. Nice surprise of beer on tap. Overall a great meal, friendly service, decent price.

We visited this place on a Saturday night in March. Other than one other couple, we had the place to ourselves...which was nice. We had pizza (one traditional and one white with garlic and spinach). It was okay...the crust was not the best. My white pizza was better than the traditional one. The sauce seemed kinda off. We would definitely... More

We have gotten great pizzas, good wings, excellent salads and other assorted sandwiches such as steak and cheese and chicken. It's great for takeout, or u can eat in. It's not a table service restaurant, but we don't mind. The food is great, atmosphere is relaxed and we will continue to eat there. The prices are much better than at... More

They have a decent menu and prices were average. We got a cheese pizza and it was pretty good. Remember this is Vermont not NYC!!!!!! I would go back.

I had chicken parm over pasta. It was a very large portion and priced very reasonably. It was adequate, but average is a good word for the chicken parm. Came with a small house salad that was good enough. If you are looking for a good cheap eat and fast just outside of Woodstock, not a bad place to go.

Cheap ingredients, little imagination, lackadaisical staff and a "don't really care" attitude are not ingredients for a good pie. If you don't care, and just want gut fill, then go for it. But if you really like pizza and expect a little better of a place located in Woodstock, don't go here.
