Although the Farmer's Market in Woodstock is not a restaurant, (it's more like a small grocery store with a deli counter), we did order sandwiches to go on recommendation from a local friend. The sandwiches were fine and tasty, along the lines of a very good deli. We did like some of the local products in the store too, particularly... More

This is the place you want to pick up a gourmet sandwich, salad, side dish, breakfast sandwich, muffins, pies, cakes and buy local (seasonal) produce and products.

The Farmers Market is chock full of local produce, local cheeses, fresh prepared foods, and "swimming yesterday" fish! We LOVE the choices of bread (that is delivered daily), as well as the made to order deli sandwiches. Upon arrival to Woodstock for vacation, this is often our first stop into town!

Have lived in the area for many years but just moved close to the WFM. It is a foodie's oasis in Vermont with great, high-end foods, meat, seafood, cheese, beer and wines. They carry local products that high-light VT but also have some hard-to-find national and international brands. A friendly knowledgeable staff is there to help and assist with suggestions... More

We really like the farmers market in Woodstock. There are so many things to buy, especially the fresh vegetables and fruits. It has a nice deli.

The produce, meat, cheeses etc are also very good, but as you get what you pay for-- higher prices than elsewhere. The staff goes out of the way to help you.

The Woodstock Farmers market also has a little gourmet supermarket inside. The sandwiches and salads are great. Very fresh veggies too. A must stop when in Woodstock.

Ok, so after seeing it posted as #1 in Trip Advisor, we were lucky to have the chance to try it this past Monday, during Thanksgiving week. We picked up some food items and sandwiches for the road. They were good, but still not sure how they beat out all of the other places in town. It was tasty, but... More
