We called for a light lunch but left feeling full needing only a snack later. A friendly greeting, prompt service and with a smile throughout. A canapé of bean stew on the house and freshly baked bread were served before our meal. The small amount of wine left in the bottle once our glasses were poured was left for us... More

As this restaurant was highly rated, we thought that this would be a safe bet. Sadly, we did not get what we came for. Quite poor food, the waiter was not helpful and above all, frozen veg and cold chips made us leave fast. To be avoided.

During our recent stay in Benahavis we have visited La Torre no fewer than 4 times both as a couple and with a group of friends. The food is outstanding, personal service wonderful and the extras both unexpected and most welcome. Without doubt one of the finest wine lists in any restaurant in the area and all at a very... Visited here with friends on the last night of our golfing trip. Typical that we find one of the best on the last night. the food was excellent and the service and experience even better. We sat outside (eight of us) and it was just one of those really nice evenings. A good laugh, good food made even better by... More

I visited this restaurant two nights ago with my son. Firstly, I clearly ordered ONE GLASS of wine and they tried to push me into taking a whole bottle, then a half bottle which I did not want. We ordered clams as a starter and they were very gritty - like eating sand. Worse than that, however, was the main... More

We had a great dinner and came back the next day for lunch. We were 5 people and shared different starters. We also had different entrees and desserts. Everything on the menu is fantastic but you absolutely have to try the mojito sorbet !!!

We have eaten here many times over the past 3 months with small and large parties. We spend a lot of time in Spain and we always return here. Diego is the perfect host along with his friendly team, he even remembers the wine we ordered. Try the lamb, perfecto!

The restaurant we intended to have lunch at was closed so walked round the corner and found La Torre nicely situated in the square. Being early November, Benahavis was very quiet and the restaurant was empty but it had a welcoming feel to it with a nicely laid out dining room with crisp cloth table cloths and linen napkins. The... More

I had looked on trip advisor and decided to go to this restaurant but though it was full of people and the setting was nice in the middle of the town square I felt it was very over rated. The menu was so so, the service felt very 'tourist' adapted and nothing special. For the price of the meal -... More

Benahavis is one of my favorite villages in the area and I always get there several times when I travel to the Costa del Sol. This was our first time eating at La Torre and it was well worth it. Many places in Benahavis are famous for their steaks, but I decided to have pork. I asked the waiter if... More
