Everything was just perfect! The atmosphere. The decor. The vibe. The staff. The owner. The taste. The pairings. The service. The humor. The stories. Everything. This was a magnificent experience, on all levels! We were blown away by the food and drink, but most importantly the service was superb. It is so clear that the owner Pernilla has invested her... AFter sitting down in what appeas to be a converted circus tent, we were given a rather strange menu of 12 dishes all with the same price. We ordered a couple of them, as per recommandation, but what we got is more a joke, then conducive to a delightful evening. Tiny portions of pickled fish, burned salmon, tastless meats and... More

Once again we had a fabulous meal, perfectly cooked and presented. Very sad that this may be the last evening we experience this lovely restaurant. Benahavis will be a lesser place for not having Pernilla or her restaurant, she has bought us, as well as many other visitors into the town time and time again.

Been to this places loads of times, and it's been incredible, but this was the best meal ever! We loved the food, which, considering the quality, is incredibly cheap. The atmosphere was, as always, amazing. Pernilla just makes everyone's night so special. The langoustine soup was about the nicest thing I have ever tasted!

We sadly fell trap to this restaurant, as it was a rather quiet evening it seemed. Now we know why. It started off with a very loud and bizarre behaving waitress, who kept on barging into our personal conversations and thought it was very funny to blast them into the restaurant for others to listen to. The portions are rather... More

We are glad we found this restaurant and were intrigued by their description of their style of food. We were greeted in a very friendly way by a charming hostess who took trouble to explain the menu and offered hints on the choice of wine to have with each item. Very knowledgeable and entertaining. Food was excellent and one dish... More

I visit Benahavis regularly and always eat in this restaurant as it is in my opinion the best! I loved the new menu as it offered an exciting range of dishes and flavours drawn from Spain and Scandinavia. Love it!
