I have been going to Casa Chimayo for quite a while now. The food is always wonderful. Generous portions and a decent value. The staff has been here for a very long time! Its nice to walk into a restaurant and be treated like family! I have watched other Mexican places pop up, but none have the quality of food... More

Casa Chimayo is one of my favorite restaurants. I love Mexican food and the Chicken Picado here is wonderful. Actually, everything I have eaten here has been very tasty! I have a craving for chips and salsa sometimes and I thin Casa Chimayo's is by far the best. If you have a "need" for Mexican food, give Casa Chimayo a... More

Service was slow, even though the restaurant was almost empty. Waiter brought my daughter the wrong drink. She ordered her salad with no cheese (she's lactose intolerant) and it came piled high with cheese. When she told him she'd ordered it without, he argued and said, "no you didn't," even though my husband and I both heard her clearly. My... More

Overall, the service was great. Our waitress took care of us and always made sure that we had everything we needed. Unfortunately the food was not-so-great. The salsa was terrible and had a very bitter taste to it and the enchiladas were not good. Nothing except for the chopped tomatoes, lettuce, and sour cream seemed fresh. Hopefully, it was just... The salsa is tops. I've been to many restaurants and haven't found any to match it. They have good food as well. Although some of the menu items are a little pricey, if I'm in Manassas and cravin' salsa, I go to Casa.

My family and I have been eating here for many years. We stopped for a while from 2010 to just lately because the food was not up to their ususal standards. We recently decided to try them again and we very happy to find them back to their usual. The salsa is always fresh. One reviewer said it tasted like... More

While in town for business we stopped in for lunch. The service was very good. The food was just average Mexican. Our meals were tasty enough, but nothing to get excited about. I would go back again, but I would not go out of my way.

This restaurant is awesome. The food is great and the food comes out so quickly! They have a very extensive menu. The chips and salsa are always fresh. They are always offering coupons in the free local magazines. My son loves the Queso cheese dip. The service most of the time is excellent, occasionally I might get a server that... More

This used to be a really great place for lunch. On my last visit, I had a taco salad with beef. It finally arrived with dried up meat and cheese that looked like it had seen better days. After two bites, I left it. The waitress did not seemed to care when I mentioned that it was inedible. Really stingy... More

I usually go to El Tio in Gainesville for Mexican or Tex-Mex, but if I am close to home in Manassas and don't want Don Pablos "meh" food I go here. The food is always generously portioned, tastes fantastic, and is not lacking in anything. The restaurant always seems empty when I go in though. I am not the biggest... More
