Nice location and just enough architectural detail to create the aura of a long established bar/pub. Crab cake sandwich was better than average and the veggie wrap was awesome. Great location 1 block off the main drag and across the tracks from the train depot😉. Oiut door dining option.

Right across from the train station, City Square is a great place for brunch on the weekends. An expansive menu of more traditional breakfast meals (eggs, bacon, pancakes, grits) as well as some interesting specials. I passed up the eggs with a steak (it looked great on the next table!) for the salmon with onions and peppers and scrambled eggs.... More

My husband and I frequently eat here, and spend every Valentines Day here. The food is terrific and the service is always excellent. During the summer we like to come on Friday or Saturday night and eat on the patio. There is live music and my personal favorite, the occasional passing train. Great for date night!

We had brunch here on Labor Day Saturday. The staff was wonderful, happily accomodating 3 adults, a 4 year old and a pair of 1 year old twins. The food was delicious.

Great ambiance as you sit by the historic train station and enjoy the sounds of the local Saturday farmers market nearby. We travel from Aldie during the warm days just to enjoy outdoor brunch at this little local gem to start our weekends. Worth the drive.

So disappointing. I went there last Friday night after work. The weather was perfect for an outdoor glass of wine, dinner and some relaxing music after a long work week. The music was good, the wine was good (but expensive) but the steak, costly and terrible. $26 for a ribeye steak with french fries. I do not mind spending that... More

Come and hear the sights and sounds from your patio table of a historic train depot, Loy E. Harris Pavilion, and a quiet conversation at your table while being serenaded by a local musical artist. Nestled alongside the 1919 vintage train depot, one can sense the many travelers, who over the years have come and gone with hellos and goodbyes.... More

Met a friend for lunch and grabbed a nice spot on the patio. I hadn't been there for awhile and I was pleasantly surprised by the new menu. It was nice to see such variety. I had the tomato salad plate and empanadas. Everything was delicious and fresh. Other favorites on the table were the seafood with gazpacho and romaine... More

I have been to City Square Café many times and my trip yesterday was not a disappointment. The menu has changed and I do miss the Reuben on the menu, but the Apple Delight is delicious as always! The patio is a great place to enjoy lunch!
