The food was delicious and just like a good home cooked meal. The server was friendly and the price was right.
It is what it is. They give you what you expect with a smile on their face and well executed service, usually. I'm not going to say it is fine dinning but the food taste good, there are some healthy options and the portions are good. Management seems to run a tight ship here. I've only had disappointing service once... More
No matter where I find myself, I can always get a good Southern inspired home cooked meal at Cracker Barrel. This location's staff was very friendly and our server kept the beverage glasses full throughout the meal. It is always nice when everyone in the group can find something they like and it does not cost an arm and a... More
I go to many restaurants for breakfast, but the only one who consistently gives me good service and tasty food is Cracker Barrel. Now it may take a while to be seated on Saturday and Sunday mornings, but that is because so many other folks agree that breakfast here is SO good. The Manassas Cracker Barrel seems to be one... More
Friday about 11 am. Seated quickly. Server attentive and friendly. Food served fast and hot. Everything cooked correctly. Biscuits delayed but came out hot and fresh. Normal Cracker Barrel, no complaints.
During our drive from Skyland, VA to DC, we stopped at the Cracker Barrel in Manassas, VA. My wife has her favorite chicken fried steak and once again the white gravy is so thick it’s more like mashed potatoes. She thinks the mashed potatoes are instant and not very good. The CFS is okay. I have the pecan crusted cat... More
visited passing through. Pretty good by Cracker Barrel standards. Waiter seemed to be fairly new. Courteous but not terribly attentive. Food was properly cooked and of the right temperature.
We stayed at the hotel across the street. By the time we were done at the battlefield we were tired. I went across the street to get some take out. The staff were pleasant and easy to work with. The food was ready when I was told it would be. It was a good experience.
I love Cracker Barrel. It's just enough food for me. They have a great menu and the price is just right.
Had breakfast there early on a weekday morning. Even though it was a slow morning as far as the number of guests in the dining area, all the food arrived on the cold side. The gravy was one big lump and was not very good. All in all, an average experience in an average CB.
