Lovely Maltese food

We visited this restaurant twice in our 2 week holiday. Service was very good despite being busy on both occasions. Food was delicious - good range of dishes - some Maltese food as well as the usual pizza, pasta etc.

A good menu meals/wines plus an interesting selection of maltese dishes all at decent prices. Ta Pawla means mother earth and if it can be grown, swims or flies then you will probably see it on the menu!!! Caution it is advisable to book as this restaurant is popular with the maltese themselves.

A traditional Family run Maltese Restaurant in the heart of Bugibba. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The food is to die for, you must try the lemon sorbet.

Very nice staff, wide range of meals for an excellent price. And everything is really tasty. Staff gives very good advice about food and drinks and is very helpful. Certainly worth a visit or two

This was the first restaurant we used in Bugibba at the start of our holiday. The wait time for someone to acknowledge we required service was inordinately long (and I do appreciate that Malta has a laid back approach to life) but 20 minutes is a long time in any language. However , we persevered. The waitress was not particularly... More

The food was mediocre. The lasagna was a dry disapointment and the Burger was bearly ok. The staff were stressed out since the restaurant was almost full, so they didnt manage to give a sufficient level of service to their clientel. Went to try the restaurant because of the good rating on tripadviser, but was disapointed. Would not come back.

Great little place to eat. Had three lovely meals here. Lamb shank and steak cooked to perfection will come again on next visit to Malta

This restaurant must have been great at one time... but our experience was as some of the other reviewers, simply mediocre. Calamari appetizer... this was not fresh but right out of a freezer back. Pizza was not good. Spaghetti was just average.

Ate dinner here in one evening during our week stay in the area! Good selection of food on the menu, other half had rabbit, good portion sizes and value for money. Attentive staff!
