On the way back from Tennessee, we had to stop at Mammoth Cave Hotel for the delicious, best-ever fried chicken. We stayed at the hotel a few years ago, did the hiking through the caves. The fried chicken was so good, whenever we go through any where near that part of Kentucky, we stop for a chicken dinner. Don't forget... More

We got to Mammoth Cave an hour early as we forgot about the different time zone. We stopped in the coffee shop for some coffee and tea as we waited for the Cave tours to open. The wait staff were very friendly and did not make us uncomfortable about not ordering food. We took our tour and decided to have... More

After the awesome historic tour, kids were hungry and tired. The wait was short (10 min) and seats at the bar for our party of five was perfect. Our waitress ( patty) was incredibly warm and friendly and provided great service. Our food was above average, but not anything special( very fairly price). Perfect for a short lunch after a... More

We expected to get over-priced food because of the location of the coffee shop and were pleasantly surprised by the reasonable prices. Portions were great and my husband had the black bean burger and highly recommends it.

Great food & fast. We only had 30 mins. between tours @ mammoth cave, & we had plenty of time to enjoy our food. Friendly staff with reasonable prices.

We ate just after the busy lunch crowd, so the service was good. Tasty food. Overflow lunch eaters are placed in the dining room during busy times.

Good food, but service was very slow and the hours were odd. If you have the time, go to the main restaurant. If you're in a hurry... not the place to be.

Had the Mammoth Burger, wife had the Portobello Mushroom. Both were very good, service was polite and fast. Hard pressed to find a faster lunch in a National Park!

Slow. We were in a hurry and had to ask for the bill. My family did like the Sloan French Toast. There weren't very many items on menu, though.
