Decent Breakfast, Cute Shopping Area

The shop is cute and I was amused by retro candies such as old fashioned taffy and bubble gum. Breakfast prices are reasonable and portions huge. My $8 breakfast of eggs, bacon and pancakes was enough for two in a heartbeat. The food was average...not particularly special. The service was very... read more

Popped in for quick, hearty breakfast and was greeted warmly by Rob. An incredible customer service asset to the company that was truly warm and welcoming. Rob brightened my morning and served me a scrumptious breakfast to start my busy day!

My family and I tried to have a nice family lunch here because of the locations convenience to my office. Unfortunately, two of us were served raw chicken. While the server and a manager apologized, we waited for 15 minutes without receiving new plates or any check-ins or status updates. Ultimately, we left because the rest of our party had... More

The food is very good and they offer homestyle cooking. Everything I had was delicious. Had breakfast here a couple of times and dinner also. Service was friendly and good. It is a family restaurant with very good variety. Attached to the dining area is a very nice gift shop with a lot of variety.

We stopped by for breakfast while in the Glen Allen area this morning and as usual the food was great. My wife had a muffin and egg beaters while I had the sausage gravy and biscuits, it was all very good and filling. Our waiter was very friendly but was a little slow on the coffee refills but we finally... More

We were visiting the Richmond area and decided to have country style Fish Friday. My husband had Fish Friday special - Catfish Special (2 sides: coleslaw & fries) and I had the shrimp platter (3 sides: corn, coleslaw and sweet potatoes). We give the food quality and quantity average. The restaurant is nicely decorated - I wish they made the... More

We enjoyed getting into the restaurant and out of the cold rain. Food was general Cracker Barrel fare and tasted good. This restaurant does not seem as crowded as some of the others in the chain and I enjoyed not feeling like I had other people eating on top of me. I ordered cheese grits but was very disappointed as... More

If you've been to pretty much any Cracker Barrel, you know what you're in for - good food, friendly staff and an enjoyable family dining experience. Same here! If you've not been to a Cracker Barrel, this one is a great start - southern hospitality and southern style food - make for a great combination.

The service was terrible from beginning to end. The hostess took us to a dirty table, the waitress was very rude and was not helpful at all, and the gentelman that rung up our bill asked how everything was and laughed when I told him it was aweful (not to mention he didn't have to go silverwear). When my son... More
