Went here for a romantic anniversary dinner. The waiter wasn't very friendly, talking soo fast we couldn't hear a word he said and his appearance was not formal at all. They sat us next to 2 screaming kids, which screamed and cried the whole entire time. Then next to us the people were complaining and talking about how bad the... More

My fiancé and I visited for his birthday and while the management staff was overwhelmingly friendly the service staff was just so-so. The welcome birthday card was nice but we were stuck in a corner booth that made it hard to eat and talk. The food was predictable and blah. Each time we come we like it less and less...... More

My husband and I went here for our anniversary dinner on Saturday night. I had been here years ago with girlfriends but hubby had never been. We had a nice table in a quiet alcove off the main aisle which was very nice. I think it would have been very noisy to have a table on that main walkway/aisle. Our... More

Visiting family for the holidays and decided to try the Melting Pot. Seems like a fun thing, but for $350 for 6 Adults and 2 Kids I can think of many other things to do. Limited to two fondue pots for eight people so you are locked into two choices on every course. Your meat course is basically bolied in... More

My wife and I were looking forward to a night out and were in the mood for something other than the standard dinning venues around town. As we searched dining options on the web, we came across the Melting Pot. A few clicks later we had our reservation and were looking forward to this great culinary idea. The restaurant was... More

I've been to many resturaunts- but this one is at the top of the list. It's wasn't just a meal- it was an experience! The staff was extremely friendly. Our waiter DAN was the best. He made us feel so comfortable and explained everything wonderfully. We ordered the four course meal. Each meal transitioned nicely and there wasn't alot of... More

I have been to the Melting Pot on many occasions and LOVE every time I go. The food is great, fresh and great seasonings. One of my friends was hesitant about going a few weeks ago, but after we went, she couldn't stop talking about how her experience was fantastic. I highly recommend this Resturant to all.

We tried this because everyone is always saying how much they love it and that we "absolutely have to try it." I suppose this is one of those places that you either just love or it is a place that you will try out once or twice and decide that it just isn't for you. Likes: I loved that it... More

A terrific choice for anniversary celebrations. The booths are somewhat secluded which is very romantic. Special dinners are reasonable for the amount o food you get. Food is very, very good. The wine list is extensive and we've never been steered wrong with a wine pairing. Staff is extremely friendly.

The good news about Melting Pot is that it's a real fondue place. That bad news is that it's ONLY a fondue place. If you're dining as we were with people that have significant food allergies, Melting Pot lacks the flexibility to deal with this problem. Your first course is going to be a cheese fondue. There's no other choice.... More
