I had lunch on a hot July day. My waiter kept my iced tea and water glasses full. As always that slice of Jo-jo's pizza was all I needed and it was delightful.

I've been coming to Bottoms Up off and on for over 14 years. The food is good but not great. The service is fair. And the prices are average for the area. I like Bottoms Up for the scenery as much as for the food. At BU....you know you will get a decent meal for a decent price. Not sure... More

We stopped at Bottom's Up after a hard day of being tourists. My husband, daughter and I were starving and decided on BU from TripAdvisor. Although it was a little hard to find, being in Shockhoe with lots of one way streets! We did find our way to a public parking lot almost next door to the building, just a... More

A local resident had raved about Bottoms Up so we gave it a try. The location is a bit out of the way from downtown and its situated between the elevated highway ramp and a train trestle-not very interesting. The food was just ok, we had salads and a pizza. The pizza was large enough for two to share with... More

My husband and I were visiting my daughter who had just moved into a new apartment in Shockoe Bottom area and we chose Bottoms Up for a quick dinner as it was within walking distance of her new apartment. The pizza was just incredible! My daughter and I shared one a medium Goat in the Garden- with spinach, goat cheese,... More

We love this place and have been going here for fifteen years now. I have always loved the Chesapeake Bay, Renegade, Karen's Combo, Hawaiian, and Meatlovers pizza. The size of the slices equals to two large slices. We have truly enjoyed all the pizza, but we have noticed that service has been lacking when eating in the restaurant.

Good food, friendly service in this Richmond bastion of all things pizza. Great menu variety/options or build your own... from a single slice to a full pie, the Bottoms Up is tops!

Crust is thick but crispy at the same time. Sauces and toppings were delicious. We enjoyed it so much, we ordered it twice. Delivery takes a while, but it's worth the wait in our opinions.

I stayed in a big hotel in Richmond and asked the front desk for a good pizza place. They recommended B/U. I asked the doorman for walking directions and as he too said it was good pizza. Neither were wrong. I had a Caesar salad which was fresh and a good amount of dressing on it. Followed by a quarter... More

I am a big pizza fan, but I like more of the NY Style. This pizza is about $8 a slice/$25+ a pizza & huge thick slices. The pasta is okay too. Live music on the weekends sometimes. They do have a 15 min express lunch option if your in a hurry during lunch hour.
