Although I had a brief wine tasting, I fell in love with this place. The intimate setting and the very nice people were every welcoming. The wines tasted were amazing. I'm excited to come back for thier spoken word night.

Visited on Friday date night, early before a movie. Greta small plates and interesting wines. We split the cheese plate, the seared polenta and the seafood lettuce wraps. All were nicely presented in perfect tapas portions. Lots of places claim to be doing small plates these days, but there's a difference between small potions and a tapas menu meant to... More

Interesting location, the food is good but the service very poor. A lot of wines on the list not available, the waitress knew nothing about wines. The evening was saved by the manager.

My fiancé and I have been to C'est le vin two times now, and both times have been superb. I love the tapas style of eating, and being able to sample tons of items. Don't miss the cheese plate or the amazing garlic shrimp. It's has great ambiance and is the perfect spot to be able to talk without it... More

Horrible, decided to check this place out this spot on Free poetry night. The waitress was extremely...RUDE!!! As I was listening to the poetry...the waitress told us if we did not order food we had to leave. Ended up walking out! Would not recommend!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We made reservation for Friday night at 7pm. We were seated right away. The interior is simple and could use a bit ambience. The hostess was super sweet and we were provided a flight tasting after we checked in using yelp! The menu comes in small plates and larger shared plate options. The food was good, but not amazing. What... More

There are many restaurants to explore in Richmond and this is one you should definitely consider visiting. C'est Le Vin offers a tasty food and a nice assortment of wines near the Main Street Station and City Market. Everything we had was beautifully presented and tasted great. I understand that they have live music from time to time, however we... More

Located in the now trendy Farmer's Market area if Richmond, this store offers wine selections that we've been unable to find anywhere else--and most for under $20. Imagine finding Lebanese, Moldovan and Portuguese wines all in the same place! They have good New Zealand, French, italian, Spanish and Austrian selections as well and offer tastings for many if you ask.... More

I’m glad to say it was not at all what I expected. That name, “C’est Le Vin Bistro and Wine Bar”, had me thinking it was one of those pretentious, trendy eateries for self-appointed wine experts. Far from it – this is a comfortable, relaxed restaurant with a friendly staff and truly excellent small plates creations. Food: The wine experience... More

Come on down for a cozy drinking and dining experience. You may be pleasantly surprised as I was. I thought that C'est Le Vin was a drinking establishment. There are many wines along the wall from Italy, France, Argentina, and one other country that escapes me. There is not much seating, so it seems like it is made for casual... More
