We LOVED this restaurant! We started with the asparagus fries and nachos, followed up with the hog dog and hog burger. So so so good!

We visited the HogsHead Cafe on our honeymoon and this was our very first experience of real BBQ. We ordered the BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwich with Hog Wedge Salad, Onion Rings & Homemade Limeade to share. Oh my gosh, it was delicious! I am so glad we sought this place out. The food was amazing, as was the service. I... More

We went to this based on the Trip Advisor ratings and it was very close to where our two daughters live. The greeting and the subsequent service were great and made us feel right at home. I always enjoy small out of the way places like this. However, as I have mentioned in previous reviews, I have found that opinions... More

After hearing good things about this place, I finally went and am glad I did. Tucked away in a small cluster of shops, you would probably not notice it. But the food makes this place stand out. We kept it simple and had the hush puppies, barbecue and a shrimp po boy, skipping other interesting choices like asparagus fries and... More

The service and owners are outstanding. Attentive, informative and happy to answer your questions or accommodate a substitution. Great BBQ and the sauces are very good. Eat the ribs without sauce as the ribs have a very good flavor.

We opted for this small hole in the wall BBQ restaurant, based upon Trip Advisor reviews and were not disappointed. We had thought of Buz and Ned's but gave way to the outstanding reviews by other TA patrons and so glad that we did! The pulled pork BBQ was tender, delightful and smoky; and came with our choice of a... More

Sure it was a 45 minute wait. Sure they lost our name. Sure the waitress looked aggravated with me. But the food made up for all of it. We had baby back ribs...amazing. We had the bacon wrapped hot dog. .. . Fantastic. We had asparagus fries and fried green tomatoes. ...sublime. Had the wedge salad....perfect. Local beer on tap... More

We stumbled into this place by accident. We live right down the street and had driven past it unknowingly a thousand times. One Saturday while out running errands, Trip Advisor alerted us that we were .5 miles away from the #4 restaurant. We ducked in and had an amazing couple of sandwiches. I had the spicy chicken sandwich, and my... More

The place apparently gets quite busy rather early. The barbecue was excellent. The staff was so nice and accommodating. They don't offer a gluten free menu but do have gluten free items (BBQ) and seem knowledgeable about gluten. We'll be back!

Our family makes this a regular stop. I read many reviews but none about their delicious She-Crab soup which is full of crab and just perfectly seasoned so as not to overpower the delicate meat. The Shrimp are always cooked right and their homemade cocktail sauce is fantastic.Yes the bbq and the other sides are great too but wait till... More
