I stopped in this place, unfamiliar with Richmond and looking for a quick lunch. When I walked in, I was disappointed in the looks of the place. However, the gyro was amazing! I had a side salad, which was somewhat oily, but overall, this is really good Greek food.

It used to have another name, but they changed it to Greek Cuisine to get more people to come in. The food here is awesome. Not much atmosphere, but clean and well kept. Have the vegetarian platter... you get a taste of a bunch of different things. The sandwiches are good too.

This small, informal café serves typical Greek dishes. They are inexpensive, but quite tasty. A small Greek salad (an add-on) was fresh and crisp; however, the feta cheese was the crumbled variety rather than that sliced from a chunk kept in brine. The lamb kabob was served over yellow rice with green beans and pita bread. The lemon chicken (half... More

My wife and I stopped here for a quick lunch while visiting Carytown. She got the chicken souvlaki sandwich and I got the "mega" lamb gyro. Both were delicious and of ample portions. It was nice to see the workers (or at least some) were actually of Greek descent so this wasn't just some knock-off place...it was the real deal.... More

Most gyros in the US come from preformed meat "cones". This restaurant pro Vides the same type of meat. Difference is the portions are generous and sides are tasty. Service was very good! Fast food, but done with care!

The gyro was delicious and the service was extremely fast and friendly. My hubby and I split a lamb gyro and the portion was a good size for the two of us. We went in the afternoon and it wasn't busy at all--we were the only customers. All tables were clean and the place was in good order. We will... More
