Walking into the revolving door you are graced with somthing out of the 30's or 40's with dark woods, brass, chandeliers moldings on the ceiling akin of the forties and thirties. Sitting at tbe bar for our table to be ready, I had a fine smooth Red Wine and toasted with my date. The barkeep was a gentleman and was... More

This was my first time going to this restaurant. We had heard how good it was and decided to go for our anniversary. We were not disappointed at all! The restaurant look great on the inside and we could choose to eat inside or outside. We had a great server who explained the whole process to us. There is a... More

Maggiano's is always good, we've eaten at many locations across the country and never been disappointed. Nice place for a sitdown meal in the mall if that's what you're looking for.

The food is always good at Maggiano's but I watched everyone who did not eat family style be served first and left way before we did. Also, we were there a full 2 hours. That's way too long for a lunch and I think ordering family style was the culprit! Also, I think they were understaffed because they had no... More

This is my "go to" place to be pampered and enjoy good comfort food. I enjoyed the Frank Sinatra tunes while enjoying the chopped salad and the wonderful ravioli, especially since I got to take an order home free. My husband and I also come here for our special occasions too, as the atmosphere is very elegant.

I think this was my first time to Maggiano's, "Little Italy." Not liking to take a chance on someone else's Italian food, other than my own, I had the chicken piccata. It was fine. It's a big restaurant that is designed like one might think an Italian restaurant should look like. You know the red/white check table cloth. They even... More

This is a chain restaurant at it's worst. The food is slapped on the table by surly waitstaff in a noisy, crammed environment. I would not waste my time or money again. There is a much nicer Italian restaurant across the road that delivers a much better experience and tasty food.

We stopped at Maggiano's after passing it several times in the past on our trips through Richmond. What a delightful surprise for lunch. We were warmly greeted by Ryan, who was most helpful and efficient, with several delightful suggestions. Warm bread served with oil was served promptly while we perused the lengthy lunch and specials menus. Then, the chef appeared... More

My husband loves Italian and he loves this place when you can get in. Always crowded which tells you how good it is.

What do you expect on a nice Saturday night? The wait @ 9pm was still over an hour. People don't wait in line for poor food. Once we were seated, the service was fast and courteous. The food was very good in general and it was very good Italian food. The price wasn't bad either. All in all a good... More
