We were pleasantly surprised by the food, the atmosphere, the size of portions, the staff - everything was in the best Sicilian tradition! Try risotto or Pasta alla norma

What a little gem this place is. The food is fantastic value and freshly prepared. A good selection of dishes, both authentic Sicilian and chips for the kids if thats all they want. The owners wife Lea speaks great English and cant do enough for you! Be careful though. The place gets busy particularly after 9pm.

Can only endorse previous reviews: a gem of a restaurant! Superior food to many other pricier places in the town. Family-run, with a relaxed & happy atmosphere, we too were were happy to return there several times during our short stay in Castellamare.

If you are in Castellammare del Golfo or around, you have to pay a visit to Zio Andrea. The quality of the food is of family-cooking type but excellent. The ingredients are well selected and the fish is always very fresh. Well, I live in Germany since years now but I am sicilian and therefore I can ensure you with... More

Ate in 10 restaurants around Sicily and this was certainly the best in terms of value for money and really friendly service. This is not fine dining but we had an excellent dinner: super fresh mussels, pasta sarda etc and were recommended a wine here (La Tasca Leone) which was the best white wine we had in Sicily - and... This it a great friendly little spot near the beach. We ate there five times during our trip. The service was great and the food even better. The seafood risotto was out of this world! We also had their four course meal to share- which was still too much food. Mussels, Calamari, pasta dish and salad, it was a great... More
