Was given a suggestion to pay a visit. Fish was just caught...excellently cooked and served. House wine was also very good. Dessert, home made with ricotta, was mouthwatering! Prices are very reasonable, ambience is perfect (infront of the sea), service is efficient and parking is easy... Can be more gluten-free oriented. Recommended.

We 2 weeks dining all over Puglia and Sicily and had wonderful food all over! In comparing La Cambusa to the other restaurants where we dined...I would say it was good-average. It wasn't bad, but we certainly had better elsewhere. The perfect description, as far as I'm concerned, is - hmmm...average. Service??? Don't go on a Saturday night - way... More

As first, everything was closed until 7 pm and I was hungry, with two little sleepy (and also hungry) kids...then we went here and we nicely ate very tasty pasta with (squid?) - the black 'tintenfisch', then we took another pasta with gamberi and third with salmon. Also traditional dessert they suggested us (even if it was the cheapest in... More

We visited this restaurant and wished we would have checked reviews first. service and good were terrible!!! Calamari left a sand taste and feel in our mouths as if it had not been cleaned correctly. Octopus salad was not cold at all and octopus was rubbery and not tastey at all. Service was rude And couldn't be bothered with US.... More

This restaurant has made a name for itself and is always full of people. The position is great right on the marina but the waiter we had was arrogant and the food was awful. Will never go back

This is the classic renowned restaurant where good reviews and Michelin stars set your expectations in advance without a real match in the end. I left this restaurant with a bad taste in my mouth, and very likely I'll never be back again. Don't get me wrong, the food was good, but not exceptional as it should have been considering... More

We went to this restaurant on the recommendations of the owners of the flat we rented for 3 days visit to Castellmarre del Golfo. We then found that the restaurant was also high on the TripAdvisor list this confirmed our choice. Unfortunately, whilst the food was good the restaurant did not live up to expectations. The service was acceptable but... More

Very nice location for our lunch on a stormy day. Very nice atmosphere, although a bit noisy (that's Sicily!). The appetizer, a large variety of sea food, calamari and fish was good and the main courses were also good, but nothing to write home about... average. Very nice staff, and not too expensive.
