This little gem of a restaurant is terrific when the rack of lamb is on the menu - which I hear is every other week. It is a great deal. In addition their haddock is wonderful also. The restaurant only has a few tables - the bar is usually crowded, but the prices are great and do not think you... More

I ate here a few weeks ago. I had ordered some portuguese sausage and rice. The sausage was terribly dry and had little flavor. The rice was also dry and overcooked. I had mentioned the food was bad to the woman working at the time, and she had given me an attitude as if I wanted a free meal. I... More

Four Seasons in Lowell is a Portuguese and American gem! George the owner and his staff are very attentive in this small quaint restaurant. Traditional Portuguese rolls are served with your meal and the dinners are delicious and reasonably priced. Their pork filets is incredible, very tender with a tasty sauce. It is my absolute favorite. Another favorite dish is... More

Lowell has many varied neighborhoods and this place is in the Portuguese part of town. I decided to go for the most riskily authentically-sounding item on the menu, a Portuguese tuna fish salad --with boiled potatoes, chic peas and olive oil said the description. The waitress gave me a look of slight alarm to warm me that this might not... More

I love their spicy shrimp and rice dish, I've also had the seafood stew which was fantastic. The broth is so good in the stew that you want to dip in your bread and eat it up. They always have specials and have typical bar food, my BF loves the BLT.

Love this dish. This is primarly a bar but the pub food is good and seafood really good. Very, very reasonable and friendly owner is usually on site too.

My wife and I found this gem and have become regulars for the haddock special. Can't beat it for the price. Fresh Broiled haddock, Portuguese fries and a salad for under $10. Drinks are reasonable. We usually walk out with two entrees and and four drinks for around $40.

We just moved to Lowell and went out for dinner and a beer. The first pub did not serve food so they sent us here. We bought the seafood stew. It was served pipping hot with scallops, shrimps, squid, fish, potatos, onions and peppers and steamy, spicy tomato broth. All this for only 10.95! OMG, we feel we just discovered... More
