Early dinner with kids

Wonderful service. The entire staff was welcoming. The feel of the restaurant is a bit industrial to be considered cozy, but the ambiance made up for it. The food was really good and each meal had something unique. We didn't see a kids menu (we also didn't ask for one) and our kids 4&8 both loved... read more

I wish I had come across this restaurant years ago. Grilled Beef Tenderloin Tips with Garlic wilted baby spinach, Great Hill bleu cheese-horseradish creme fraiche mashed yukon gold potatoes, in a red wine demi sauce. Little too much blue cheese flavor, but that is me, my husband thought they were perfect. The dish was perfection.

You can tell the ingredients are very fresh. You can also tell they make everything from scratch. I think it's hit or miss with the service and full flavor. Sometimes is very delicious food, and other times they could use more flavorings, and don't forget the salt! Nice cocktails, btw.

It wasn't just the food, but the service! Our server Allison, went out of her way to tell us about a local farm from which the restaurant sources their food, and gave us the restaurant's notice of a farmer's market in town. I had steak frites with a glass of Malbec, while my husband enjoyed a watermelon salad before a... More

Had lunch here yesterday. The tuna pressed sandwich and short rib pressed sandwich may have been two of the best sandwiches I have ever tasted. Highly recommend a visit!

When a location calls itself a "bistro", it evokes warm and welcoming, small and quaint, serving comforting dishes. Cold wintery temperature, and cold service. Dry food. "eh" wines. I think the locals love it - we didn't. And when in town for business, we will not give it our business. Our server was so detached, aloof and unattentive, you just... More

Not trying to diminish the winter venue but outdoor table on a cobble-stoned side street in the summer is spectacular. It gets the noon time sun should you wish to soak it up but also has umbrellas for the faint of sun. Varied menu includes my favorite seared tuna burger. That and a glass of ice cold chardonnay makes for... More

Now a favorite go-to restaurant for my family, we stop in regularly to enjoy very good food, good friendly service and a nice atmosphere. Great location in the heart of downtown Lowell MA.

This is, by far, the best kept secret bistro in Historic Downtown Lowell! The greeting by the owner, Melissa, upon entering was fantastic! She makes you feel at home right away. If she doesn't, the modern decor will. Very cozy. The locals are your new best friends that are eager to share their favorite items on the menu, and their... More

My boyfriend and I frequent Fuse Bistro quite often - the best thing about this restaurant is the service - the staff (Alia, Sheryl, Monique, and everyone else!) is friendly and helpful. They are great about accommodating my gluten free dietary restriction, and even have a "GF" label on menu items that are or can be prepared sans gluten. The... More
