You can tell the ingredients are very fresh. You can also tell they make everything from scratch. I think it's hit or miss with the service and full flavor. Sometimes is very delicious food, and other times they could use more flavorings, and don't forget the salt! Nice cocktails, btw.

My husband and I stop here for dinner and we enjoyed food and drinks. I loved how cozy the restaurant is and great for couples.

We're new to the area for only about a week and have a visiting friend from Tallahassee, Fla. After searching trip advisor we decided on Fuse. The photos depict this awesome place but I felt that we got a boring, drab atmosphere on what felt like the edge of a sketchy neighborhood. A glass of wine for me and beer... More

Great service very pleasant people. My wife had the pizza appetizer. A Margareta pizza with four cheeses, thin crust very good. Great selection of draft beers. I had the 16 ounce grass fed sirloin cook just right sever on bed of wilted spinach. My son has the braised short ribs, fork tender. We had a great time and we will... More

Wonderful service. The entire staff was welcoming. The feel of the restaurant is a bit industrial to be considered cozy, but the ambiance made up for it. The food was really good and each meal had something unique. We didn't see a kids menu (we also didn't ask for one) and our kids 4&8 both loved their meals. I would... More

I wish I had come across this restaurant years ago. Grilled Beef Tenderloin Tips with Garlic wilted baby spinach, Great Hill bleu cheese-horseradish creme fraiche mashed yukon gold potatoes, in a red wine demi sauce. Little too much blue cheese flavor, but that is me, my husband thought they were perfect. The dish was perfection.

It wasn't just the food, but the service! Our server Allison, went out of her way to tell us about a local farm from which the restaurant sources their food, and gave us the restaurant's notice of a farmer's market in town. I had steak frites with a glass of Malbec, while my husband enjoyed a watermelon salad before a... More

Had lunch here yesterday. The tuna pressed sandwich and short rib pressed sandwich may have been two of the best sandwiches I have ever tasted. Highly recommend a visit!

When a location calls itself a "bistro", it evokes warm and welcoming, small and quaint, serving comforting dishes. Cold wintery temperature, and cold service. Dry food. "eh" wines. I think the locals love it - we didn't. And when in town for business, we will not give it our business. Our server was so detached, aloof and unattentive, you just... More

Not trying to diminish the winter venue but outdoor table on a cobble-stoned side street in the summer is spectacular. It gets the noon time sun should you wish to soak it up but also has umbrellas for the faint of sun. Varied menu includes my favorite seared tuna burger. That and a glass of ice cold chardonnay makes for... More
