Crazy good appetizers

I have been here 3 times now and I love it more each time we go! Menu is always changing and they have some really creative appetizers, which as a vegetarian is highly appreciated. Buffalo style fried cauliflower. Gruyere stuffed tator tots. Sometimes it's good to be bad! Daily soups are always... read more

We were attending a concert at the Lowell Summer Music Series (great venue with some great concerts, BTW), and I was in charge of finding a place to eat before the concert. Using this site's great search features (love the map!), I chose Fuse. It did not disappoint. The restaurant is a short walk from Boarding House Park. They have... More

Sunday night dinner stop on our way to Portland, Maine. I had committed to eat nothing off a "hoof" for the next four days while in Maine. My wife, playing Satan, was determined to temp me with the 2" Filet she ordered (says it was "fork tender") done to perfection. The last laugh was on HER as I feasted on... More

I came in from Colorado Springs for a family visit and my brother, sister and their families met at Fuse for dinner. The food was good and they had a big selection of craft beers for the area. We had a great time, plenty of room for the nine of us. The wait staff was excellent and the food was... More

Hands down the best sweet potato fry's ever and the Thai chili wings in the same basket were wonderful. The waitress was pleasant as were the surroundings in the place. I would go back in a second. Good beer too.

Wow, that was good! We had an early dinner at Fuse that was just great. Sat down at 4 PM on a perfect Sunday afternoon and enjoyed the atmosphere. They had a guy on acoustic guitar setting the mood and we all settled in for a great meal. The Tater Tots were incredible. Everything was fresh and most was locally... More

I visited Fuse Bistro at 7:00 on a Tuesday evening for dinner while in town for a work trip. I like that the location allowed me to walk around and enjoy the downtown area. The place was mostly empty with only a few customers; likely due to the time and day of the week. Although there were no children present... More

Very good menus for both food and drinks. Food is consistently good with always interesting specials. I've had nothing but good experiences here.

We're new to the area for only about a week and have a visiting friend from Tallahassee, Fla. After searching trip advisor we decided on Fuse. The photos depict this awesome place but I felt that we got a boring, drab atmosphere on what felt like the edge of a sketchy neighborhood. A glass of wine for me and beer... More
