It wasn't just the food, but the service! Our server Allison, went out of her way to tell us about a local farm from which the restaurant sources their food, and gave us the restaurant's notice of a farmer's market in town. I had steak frites with a glass of Malbec, while my husband enjoyed a watermelon salad before a... More

Had lunch here yesterday. The tuna pressed sandwich and short rib pressed sandwich may have been two of the best sandwiches I have ever tasted. Highly recommend a visit!

When a location calls itself a "bistro", it evokes warm and welcoming, small and quaint, serving comforting dishes. Cold wintery temperature, and cold service. Dry food. "eh" wines. I think the locals love it - we didn't. And when in town for business, we will not give it our business. Our server was so detached, aloof and unattentive, you just... More

Not trying to diminish the winter venue but outdoor table on a cobble-stoned side street in the summer is spectacular. It gets the noon time sun should you wish to soak it up but also has umbrellas for the faint of sun. Varied menu includes my favorite seared tuna burger. That and a glass of ice cold chardonnay makes for... More

Now a favorite go-to restaurant for my family, we stop in regularly to enjoy very good food, good friendly service and a nice atmosphere. Great location in the heart of downtown Lowell MA.

This is, by far, the best kept secret bistro in Historic Downtown Lowell! The greeting by the owner, Melissa, upon entering was fantastic! She makes you feel at home right away. If she doesn't, the modern decor will. Very cozy. The locals are your new best friends that are eager to share their favorite items on the menu, and their... More

My boyfriend and I frequent Fuse Bistro quite often - the best thing about this restaurant is the service - the staff (Alia, Sheryl, Monique, and everyone else!) is friendly and helpful. They are great about accommodating my gluten free dietary restriction, and even have a "GF" label on menu items that are or can be prepared sans gluten. The... More

While visiting family in Lowell, my son recommended Fuse. It was easy to find and we were able to park on the street nearby. Fuse is a small but invitingly decorated and lit place. We were seated promptly upon entering. Our server was very friendly, attentive and efficient. The menu is somewhat limited, but everything we ordered was very good,... More

When Cafe Paradiso left our city it was a loss of a certain type of venue. Fuse is a worthy successor to CP's spot in downtown Lowell. Although not the same (less of a cafe & more of a bistro for its offerings) the ambiance is similarly kicked-back. The few times we've visited on lazy summer afternoons the food and... More

We ate here for lunch yesterday. We got there a few minutes before 12:00 and they let us take a seat. Our waiter was very nice and gave us menus right away. I got the soup of the day and a grilled cheese sandwich . My husband got the spicy burger. His burger was great ! It was very big... More
