My wife and I had dinner at Fuse Bistro recently. Everything on the menu looked fantastic. Subtle different items that will have us coming back again. She had a caprese salad and I had a pesto flat bread. We were both delicious and different. Great atmosphere--open seating inside and outside on the sidewalk. Good service and excellent prices. Highly recommend!

Terrible terrible service! Waited over two hours for lunch, had to leave without eating. The help didn't seem to care. Do not waste your time and money at this dirty pub, where they also ran out of popular beer on a week day afternoon!

This restaurant has changed names several times. Fuse is nice place to grab a sandwich, tapas or a meal with friends and family. While I will not say that food is glorious, it is a good ambiance for a celebration with office partners, friends and family. Service is good, a corner location, a cobblestone street, great place to go!

I still think about the grilled cheese sandwich and butternut squash soup we had on a cold Massachusetts day in Lowell. I can not wait to return and sit outside and enjoy the atmosphere of the city. It is a quick walk to the theater or concert venue. There is so much to see and do in Lowell and it... More

We were attending a concert at the Lowell Summer Music Series (great venue with some great concerts, BTW), and I was in charge of finding a place to eat before the concert. Using this site's great search features (love the map!), I chose Fuse. It did not disappoint. The restaurant is a short walk from Boarding House Park. They have... More

I have been here 3 times now and I love it more each time we go! Menu is always changing and they have some really creative appetizers, which as a vegetarian is highly appreciated. Buffalo style fried cauliflower. Gruyere stuffed tator tots. Sometimes it's good to be bad! Daily soups are always delicious and changing with the seasons, using local... More

Sunday night dinner stop on our way to Portland, Maine. I had committed to eat nothing off a "hoof" for the next four days while in Maine. My wife, playing Satan, was determined to temp me with the 2" Filet she ordered (says it was "fork tender") done to perfection. The last laugh was on HER as I feasted on... More

I came in from Colorado Springs for a family visit and my brother, sister and their families met at Fuse for dinner. The food was good and they had a big selection of craft beers for the area. We had a great time, plenty of room for the nine of us. The wait staff was excellent and the food was... More

Hands down the best sweet potato fry's ever and the Thai chili wings in the same basket were wonderful. The waitress was pleasant as were the surroundings in the place. I would go back in a second. Good beer too.

Wow, that was good! We had an early dinner at Fuse that was just great. Sat down at 4 PM on a perfect Sunday afternoon and enjoyed the atmosphere. They had a guy on acoustic guitar setting the mood and we all settled in for a great meal. The Tater Tots were incredible. Everything was fresh and most was locally... More
