We visited recently and sat outside, stunning views. We chose the set menu and were not disappointed, it was excellent. Wine was excellent to and service perfect. It got a little windy and we ssked to move indoors for coffee, this was no problem and everything was organised to perfection. Highly recommend.

this was an average dinner but it is at the top of the walled town and has fantastic views. The food and wine were fine but nothing in particular. If you fancy eating with a great view then definitely give it a go.

What a delicious lunch in a relaxed atmosphere, with stunning sea views. For lunch at Restaurant La Guardiola one can choose between the more formal restaurant, the patio for snacks, or just the terrace for coffee etc. We opted for the formal restaurant and we were definitely not disappointed. The wait staff was very friendly and attentive and helped us... More

Really nice spot overlooking the sea from upon high, just outside the castle walls. Service was excellent, the waitress was attentive and pleasant. Starters were lamb meatballs with fennel which was good but not spectacular, and zucchini which was essentially courgettes in tomato sauce. We both had the suckling pig for main course, my wife had wanted the lamb which... More

We visited this restaurant at the recommendation of the Lonely Planet guidebook and were not disappointed. The views from the restaurant along the coastline are fantastic. The food was really good - I had lamb and fennel with bread, the bread was a local speciality and was more like a type of pasta. It was very good although I thought... More

Visited the place for lunch as it came recommended by Lonely Planet for it's views and food. Once we saq the prices decided against ordering starters, and just ordered mains. We both ordered fish, monkfish pasta and mixed fish grill. When the food came we thought they'd mistaken the monkfish dish for a starter, there was hardly any of it... More

Having read other reviews of this Restaurant we were unsure what to expect but 100% marks first of all for the location - the views really are stunning. We had a very special Dinner with a starter of a selection of Sardinian fish specialities beautifully presented, followed by a superb meat dish with wild locally grown mushrooms. We also had... More

Really good food , well cooked nicly presented by very pleasent staff. The suckling Pig is a speciality and wonderful. Not large portions but plenty. However a 2 course lunch with a bottle of house wine and water was 100 Euros. But was very enjoyable long lunch

I don't eat fish, and from the limited meat choice was a lot not available. How can you spoil ham and melon? Had a small foodpoisening after! Staff speaks no english and i only limited italian. Don't go there......
