From the beginning a glass of process I with brucessta, followed by spinach and ricotta ravioli, pasta with prawns, steak with cheese and rocket and a mixed seafood grill, through to desert of baba - everything just oozed class! The food was exquisite and the hostess very attentive and the chefs outstanding cookery skills and showmanship - a must for... More

We were taken to this restaurant as part of a tour group on the last night of our stay in Italy, and it was well worth it. We were treated to a set menu of 6 courses, plus accompanying local wines and finished with Lemoncello - of course- as a special treat. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and... More

This restaurant is situated on a small piazza just a short walk from the harbour. We liked the decor and the attentive service. The food was excellent - especially the horse steak, cooked to absolute perfection (i.e. just seared quickly on both sides). We also liked the wine - a Quota29 Primitivo. My only negative point is that the bill... More

We ate here twice during our recent visit separated by several days. The first occasion was so good we were thinking of going right back. The proportions and food are all good and I had one of the best Filetto di Manzo con pepe verde ever. Our second visit was not quite as fantastic but really good mixed grilled fish,... More

This restaurant is worth leaving the harbourside for and is situated on a very pleasant piazza. We were the only patrons of the restaurant on the night we ate there as it was late in the season; despite this the food was fantastic and the service friendly. We enjoyed a free glass of prosecco and a plate of scrumptiousness when... More

The food was our first experience of Southern Italian quisine, it was edible. The house wine, however, left an awful lot to be desired. If you go there, do NOT order the house white. It ranks about the worst I have ever been served in a restaurant.

We came on this by chance, and it was one of the best meals we ate on our holiday, and very good value. I would recommend it to anyone, and was a welcome change from many of the tourist type menus on offer elsewhere.

Had a wonderful lunch here. We were presented with procecco and house appertisers of bruscetta, mozarella and sweet onion relish. Friendly staff were keen to please and the mixed starter option was great, several fish an meat cappacios and a yummy creamy ham and cheese crepe with and juicy plump muscles and clams. mains of pasta were made from delicious... The chef and his wife presented us with the most amazing dining experience we have ever had. It started with a carefully selected and decanted (and affordable) bottle of regional wine, continued with a wide assortment of beautifully presented appetizers and finished with excellent main courses. Our only regret was that we were too full for dessert.
